He sat there for a moment. Both of them hadn't said a word for a while. "Well.... Having fun?" He asked boredly. Of corse they weren't. When they were older it would be better. They could go farther then where they were. They'd have longer legs. Just all in all good. He watched her for a moment and smiled.

The silence was beginning to make Asami feel a little awkward around her friend now. Maybe she should put them both out of their misery and say that her father wanted to see her. How should she answer his question? She didn't want to sound too rude, but she wanted to be a little truthful. "Not as much fun as last time." Asami said as she blinked at her friend's smile and let a small smile of her own appear on her face.

He sighed. This did suck. "Yeah." He said. He was really beginning to hate this place. It only seemed cool because they weren't allowed in there. He looked to his feet and then to Asami. "Well....." He sighed. What were they going to do?

Asami's eyes quickly glanced around as she thought of something to say to her friend. "I met this really interesting ulaya... I call him Fire Ball." She said, trying to spark a conversation with her friend. It was true, this place was only fun because they couldn't go here with their parent's around. The little kit wondered what her father would say if he caught her in here with just her friend to watch over her.

Takumi looked towards her curiously. He wanted to know why she called him that but didn't want to be so curious in knowing. "Oh? I see." He said simply. Perhaps she would just tell him and he wouldn't have to ask. Fire ball? He didn't exactly know what fire was except for something that was really hot and was orangish in a way. Perhaps the one she was talking about was orange? Or was like fire?

Somehow Asami knew Takumi wanted to know more about this other ulaya. "Weeell, he has pure white eyes, no pupils or anything! He has two red horns coming from his head, and two black front hooves instead of paws, like us." She took a breath then continued on about the odd ulaya that was very interesting. "Oh, and he was on fire! He said it didn't hurt him." The little ulaya shrugged her shoulders a little bit. Asami wondered what Takumi would say at the sound of this crazy looking ulaya. Would he believe her, or think she was dreaming? Was she dreaming when that happened?

He shrugged, though this other sounded rather interesting. Though, he still didn't want to say it. "Well, I guess we have some real freaks in this world." He would be a good ulaya to have on his side. He could be his assassin or something. He thought about it for a few moments.

He believed her?! Maybe Takumi trusted her more then she thought. A small smile crossed her face as she looked at her friend. "Yes, he was rather freaky." She admitted, of course, she thought the fire ball was more interesting then freaky.

He didn't take any more thought into making him his friend. He figured there was probably going to be some hate behind his flamed self. He looked to her seeing a bit of shock on her face. Did she think he wasn't going to trust her? If he didn't trust her, he didn't know who he'd be able to trust. Well, other then his sister of course. "Yeah, probably should stay away from him too."

Asami sat down and looked around. "Today is dull." She said as her stomach made a low growling noise. Her eyes slowly gazed down at her belly which did not seem to happy with her. Didn't she feed it? Sadly, she didn't even remember anymore it had been too long since she thought about it. Another low growling noise was heard from her stomach as she put her paw over it hoping that she could possibly hide the noise it was making. It must be time to eat.

Takumi found that he was hungry as well, but his belly wasn't making any noise. He raised an eye brow at the other looking at her belly. Perhaps they should find some berries or something. Since, he had yet to be able to catch a rabbit, and he also didn't feel like meat at the moment. "Hungry?"

Asami giggled a little at Takumi's reaction to her stomach growling at everything around it. Again another animal noise came from her stomach. "Just a little." She answer her friend then thought about what there was to eat around. Right now, Asami was too lazy to go out and catch a rabbit, and didn't have enough skills to catch a mouse that easily.

He grinned, good, at least he wasn't the only one. He stood up. "I know where there is a nice berry field. " he said and quickly started walking back out of the forest. It was just a bit farther, not where they normally exited the forest. "I found it last time we came in here." He said. It was rather accidental when he did find it. He got lost, but he wasn't going to say it.

At the moment, Asami didn't think about how he had found it, she was just worried about the food getting into her angry stomach. Another animal noise came from it as she followed her friend wherever he was taking her. "Sounds great." She said as her fluff of a tail wagged back and fourth as she made sure to keep a somewhat close distance behind her friend. As they walked, she examined his spots and how different they looked, they weren't like normal spots... they were different.

He shrugged and continued to walk. At least she wasn't asking him why he went this way. It only took a few moments before they got to the place where he saw the berries. Though, he wasn't sure if they were eatable or not. "There they are." He said with a smile.
