Johnny Malone Ral Roke Hell you've(Johnny) seen how a**l I get about having endings ruined for me. They just drive me insane because they just undermine the points in the game or movie where your jaw just drops open and you say "Damn." Yeah I do love annoying you with that stuff. Also I like to annoy you about not liking subtitled movies and prefering dubs to anime. I just find the sub distrating. You pay a little more attention to the words instead of watching the actions that go with them. I'll watch both, but like you said those are my preferences.

I prefer my anime in my native tongue, as well. In fact, I once picked up a cheap dvd box-set a while back, and was absolutely dismayed to not have an english language option. gonk

I normally prefer subtitles unless the dub is really good as with Cowboy Bebop or Coyote Ragtime Show (So much fun.)

Its when you subtitle Video Games and switch the audio to Japanese that proves really distracting.

Im going with Jhonny on this one, Subs are good, Dubs are fine too, as long as they are good dubs. (Although bad dubs can be fun as well)

Missing nin Itachi Im going with Jhonny on this one, Subs are good, Dubs are fine too, as long as they are good dubs. (Although bad dubs can be fun as well) I recall a certain anime, titled Ghost Story or something, about a bunch of kids dealing with a surge in paranormal activity. The Team who dubbed it pretty much threw out whatever they were supposed to say and lampooned an otherwise pretty serious series.

Bebop is still one of my favorites, if not my overall favorite anime. I've only seen the episode you showed me of Ragtime though so I can't pass judgement yet, but I loved what I saw.

I've seent the first four episodes and am thinking of picking up the second two dvds.
