Tempted Goddess Bullene: Do you have another bloodline? If so, you can only use the name, not hte jutsu, or eye, or styles. The premise is that he doesn't know that he is an Uchiha. He has no other Bloodline. I just didn't want to have to use Fire...

Effect: After a cloud ninja mastered the lighting training and being able to create there chakra into electricty. taijutsu user are able to take it one step further. By training for 5 more months there boddy becomes electrified and every punch or kick they throw will have an electrical shock to it. At first the shock won't do much but After 5 hits the enemies muscles begin to cramp up slowing his movments 7 hits the enemies muscles contract so violently he is unable to keep fighting. They are also able to focus more electricty into there htis but this will cost more chakra but one direct hit from an over charged punch to a major organ will instatnly shut down that organ. If the over charged punch or kick is used it is consuidered a C rank jutsu. This skill is an extension of the ninja requiring little to almsot no chakra to use. This is a passive skill just like lighting resistance.

I personally think that is overpowered, and shouldn't be passive but that is my opinion riot i mean really able to shut down organs that would mean you could potentially kill someone by hitting their heart or lung area rolleyes

Kenji Korisake I personally think that is overpowered, and shouldn't be passive but that is my opinion riot i mean really able to shut down organs that would mean you could potentially kill someone by hitting their heart or lung area rolleyes
