*sighs* I have posted in the Universal thread and I have created an character to Rp with... I feel like I'm that weird kid in school that no one talks to... I would love to Rp with people if they would like to join in and further that side of the story. It would be pretty nice for a change...

It's nothing like that. KB is pretty much only at the Citadel right now, a bit busy with stuff. Kevran never leaves the ocean,a nd I personally as a player don't really like the Universal Location thread very much. It suits some purposes, but seems so far to be limited to very minor activity.
I'd suggest moving your character directly into the guild thread, via either the Dojo, Forest, or some other popular method. The Forest will afford Kai's quests which should be fun, whereas the Dojo affords a place with useful IC resources as well as a chance to be part of getting that ball rolling again.
You can try the Citadel to if you'd like, though it is a very violent and turbulent place. If you show any signs of technical aptitude or scientific knowledge IC, KB will likely attempt to try and force you into his ever-growing army of machines and cyborgs.
I'll have a thread for KB's army soon to, if you're interested.
