The adept is a bit surprised, since he hadn't really expected such a sober concerned question. Shocked into truthfulness, in fact, not that that he expects arrow to understand, or to remember it when the scout sobers up, "You're drunk, and you've been very crude this evening, so I don't think I'd feel comfortable sleeping with you when you're like this."

Arrow nods, feeling a little guilty. "I'm sorry. I didn't know that you didn't like me drinking." he stands and walks to the other side of the room. "You looked really nice this evening." he admits, walking out into Fox's bedroom.

Fox stares after the scout, shocked again. Arrow had sounded more or less like his normal sober self there. Not to mention he had thought the scout hadn't noticed that he'd dressed up a little. He blushes, and can't seem to manage to say anything more meaningful than a simple "Good night."

Arrow collapses into the bed and goes to sleep, knowing that from now on, Drinking Games with Cy were out of the question. He also vowed to himself that He'd get Foxy drunk and video tape the whole thing.

It takes the adept a good long while to get to sleep. Which isn't cool, since he has the early shift the next day. When he wakes up, it's at an hour of the morning that just honestly should NOT exist. He quickly gets dressed and goes out to work, without even seeing the scout.

Arrow wakes up late inthe morning and wanders out into the front room. Fox is gone and Arrow had been hoping that he could talk to the adept. This leads Arrow to think that Fox is more angry than he had thought. Arrow sighs, and walks out of Fox's ekele, lighting up a cigarette.

After he gets off work, he goes to Arrow's ekele, but the scout isn't there. He sits on the couch and pulls out a book he was usign for research, and starts reading it, waiting for the scout to get there.

Meanwhile, Arrow is way out in the bush, running around with Tobio.
Rayne approaches Arrow ekele a little worriedly. He knows that Arrow had said that he could stop by at anytime, but still... Arrow had been interested in Wind, and so had Fox. Fox more so than Arrow, he thinks. He walks up to the door though, and knocks.

Fox looks up from his book to the door. He knows it's not arrow, since the scout wouldn't knock on his own door, but it could be Cy or someone, so he decides to at least check. He puts his bookmark in place and leaves the texton the sofa, and then goes and opens the front door.

Rayne fidgets at the door, waiting for someone to answer. He has a quick inner debate about high tailing it out of ther e before anyone actually answers the door, but decides that is a bad idea. So he waits.
And Arrw wanders around in the bush smile

Considering that Foxy had all ready opened the door in the last comment, al that's left now is for him to actually get to see the person standing there, who as we all know, is Rayne. A week ago, Fox probably would have had a reaction somewhere along the line of... closing the door rather quickly and being all depressed for a while. Now however, he was looking forward to getting to know the bard a bit better. "Oh, hi Rayne."

"I was there when Arrow invited you over. He's not here right now, but since he said whenever, I'm sure he wouldn't mind if I let you in. I think I was going to have to take a break from reading that old text soon anyways." The adept steps out of the way so the bard can enter.

Rayne walks in and looks around. The house looks nothing like he'd have expected from Arrow. It was clean. Not spotless, but close to it. Arrow didn't seem to be the cleaning type though. He looks over at Fox and realizes that He must be the reason for the clean house. This place was probably a pig sty before Fox had come along...
"Where is Arrow, anyway?" Rayne asks curiously.

Fox is suspicious for a moment. Rayne was just coming over because he was bored, right, so why does he have to be so insistant on seeing the nightscout? The adept couldn't help it, he was bound to be a bit mistrustful, what with the situation with him and the bard and Wind.
He takes a breath to calm himself down. Rayne seemed like a nice boy, and he was lifebonded to Wind, so it's not like he'd be after arrow or anything, especially since they don't know each other that well, "I'm not sure where he is. I had to work early this morning, so I didn't get a chance to talk to him. He's probably working."
