"And just what are you doing?"
Twin silver eyes burned with a cold sort of fury above Dante as the body they belong to formed instantly from wisps of silver smoke. The near seven foot tall Asguardian female glared down at Dante, her arms folded beneath her generous breasts and her long sturdy-yet-feminine legs spread so as one foot was on either side of Dante and Quintz's prone forms. With such a dangerous look, she seemed willing to tear the two from each other, even if one was unconscious. Her demeanor, however, was not of anger but of frustration at Dante's brash actions.

Help? Roan’s help? She was obviously talking about the male whom he was still in the process of strangling, but then who was he? For the first time, Dante actually looked down at his hapless victim. So Quint had indeed regained his male form. Though how this came to be was quite irrelevant as far as he was concerned. For a brief moment, the though flashed through his mind of finishing off Quint and leaving Morrigan with one less potential suitor, but the well placed sound of Roan blowing the smoke from her lips lifted him from such thoughts.
“Well if you haven’t done it by now, you’re probably not doing it right.”
He didn’t even have the chance to begin to laugh at his joke before yet another presence made itself known, standing over both him and Quint. Thankfully for Dante, the fact that he considered Jeshia as something of a daughter prevented him from making any eye contact with anything but the two silver orbs she had for eyes, though in all fairness had it been otherwise he would have examined her very appreciatively from this perspective. It was almost as if he could read her mind, or perhaps he was reading her expression. Either way, he knew of her intentions to rip them both apart from one another. Considering that Roan was probably about to do something similar herself, he finally let go of Quint and simply answered Jeshia.
“Playing.”
Regardless of the fact that his response wasn’t fully the truth, he began to pick himself up off the floor. After rising from the ground, he took hold of Quint’s shirt collar and dragged him across the floor with ease. Once he had deposited the limp form on the nearest sofa, he walked back over to Jeshia to continue his conversation with her. He paid no more mind to Roan, as she had yet to physically appear to his knowledge, and in fact my only have popped in for just that instant to jibe him. Of course, he knew Roan better than to believe that to be the case, but who knew how her mind worked anymore.

.: Not doing it right? I havent been wrong for half a millenia, dont think yourself free of my pipers tune either, Dante. Have fun... :.
*For now the voice and its accompanying presence seemed to vanish, but a certain winged shadow did pass over the island briefly, though its owner was on to bigger and badder things...*

Released from the hold, and placed on a nearby couch, Quint's chest began to expand, then contract. It would be a little while before he actually 'woke up', since he was just knocked out less than a minute ago, but already he was getting back different senses, namely his hearing. A hand went for his neck, rubbing it tenderly, not unlike how someone would rub themselves after being touched by a feather.

"Dante, you play too rough with those that can't handle it."
She sighed as she spoke, shaking her head and uncrossing her arms. Her hands floated down to her hips and rested upon them. As she was dressed, her hips were mostly bare. Her outfit retained simplicity as the top was shaped as a V in fabric that clung to her skin as if painted on, covering what needed to be covered of her breasts. The tip of the V extended down past her hips where it was linked with thin chain links that hung loosely around her waist and attached at her back to what could have been panties as well as part of the top she wore. Along the length of the chain hung flowing fabric that reached for her ankles. Her feet were covered in her usual calf high two-inch heel velvet boots. The entirety of her outfit matched the silver of her eyes and hair, which hung in a braid that extended down to her lower back.

If you’ve been getting it right, then enlighten me as to why everyone you kill eventually comes back to try to bite you in the a**. For instance, Narok.
Dante wasn’t certain if Roan would hear the remark before she took flight or not, but at least he got it out there. He gave the now breathing Quint a quick glance before turning back to face Jeshia. He thought for a moment exactly how he should respond to her comment. She herself wasn’t all that innocent in there area either, but that was something of a sore spot. He didn’t want to completely piss her off, so it was less of an option and more of a second-long thought.
“Alright then. I wasn’t playing.”
In all honesty, her answer to his saying that he was ‘playing’ surprised him. She had responded in the complete opposite way than what he expected. Since what he thought she would say was simply based off of her past actions, he could only come to one conclusion. Jeshia must have grown up a bit since her temporary fall from goddess-hood.
It was at this moment that Dante realized the state of his clothes. Not only was his crotch stained with Sake, but the barbs from the vines that Quint summoned had effectively torn his shirt and pants to shreds. It was by sheer luck that the pants had been ripped just so that no one around him was getting an eyeful, for like most days he was currently free-balling. He would need to take care of that quickly, and so he seemingly changed the subject with Jeshia.
“I’m going to go change if you don’t mind. If you wish to see me naked, then please, by all means, follow.”
He without really waiting for a response, he headed off towards the staircase at the back of the manor. There was a large stained glass window between the right and left stairs, decorated with various depictions of the succubus who called this place her summer home. The light filtering through such a window case odd colorations onto Dante’s skin and clothes as he ascended the steps, only fading once he had reached the second floor and stepped off of the top stair finding himself on the left side of the balcony. He walked past the first door on his left and continued on to the second door, which he opened and entered the moment he had gotten there. If Jeshia had followed him, he left the door open. If not, then it was closed behind him for privacy.

"Hmph, of course you weren't playing, Dante, anyone could see that. When I travel to Muspelheim or Jotunheim,"her accent would become thicker after she spoke these names," and brawl with the giants there, that is playing. You were assassinating," she said, continuing to scold.
She stated her point very matter of factly, drifting after Dante, her toes an inch from the ground as she kept herself airborne up the stairs and waited outside the room for him to change. She didn't know why she was in such a short tempered mood with Dante at the moment. Perhaps it was because she had received a warning of an untimely death about to occur and the only person who could deal with the matter from a nearby underworld was her. She was disappointedly surprised when she found it was Dante causing the ordeal and since it had been a while since she had last met him physically, it tore her up to see him in such a way.

Though Jeshia had followed him, he still closed the door behind him. It wasn’t a ‘slamming’ sort of closing, for it was not out of anger. He just needed a few moments away from her hounding him whilst he changed his clothes. Opening the drawer, he withdrew a shirt and a pair of pants exactly like the ones he had been previously wearing and removed the torn rags from his body. For whatever reason, he only put the pants on, slinging the shirt over his muscular shoulder.
As he headed back to the bedroom door, he randomly glanced over at the bathroom, an idea hitting him instantly. Turning in the complete opposite direction, he headed to that door and opened it. Yes, this would work nicely. The Jacuzzi that all of the second floor bedrooms had would be clearly seen by the Asguardian the very moment that he opened the door to the hallway. Perhaps seeing that would not only take her attention off of him for a moment, and give her a way to let her current frustrations melt away.
Satisfied that it would work, he headed back to his original destination once again. He reached for the handle as he approached and turned the knob deliberately so that she would know he was opening the door. Despite that, he still opened the door outwards slowly, not wanting to clear her out of the way as he exited, nor wanting to chance what would happen to the door should it make such contact with her.

A tall, thick figure could be seen right outside of Morrigan's manor, moving towards it very slowly, however it was more as if the figure was exhausted moreso than just taking it's time. The figure of course was Rio, who once again had gotten lost on his way to his house. His eyes were half-closed, his shoulders slumped, but he was very much alert, alert enough to notice the shadows of wings pass over the island. He didn't give it much thought however, suspecting it was nothing to be worried about. What his attention was on was the manor, looking at it gave Rio a headache. He grabbed his head as he looked around the manor. "Have I been here before? I seem to remember this place..." Rioushu said to himself, grabbing the doorknob. He opened the door quickly, not caring who it was that lived here. He walked in as he would in his own house, not bothering to quiet his steps or hide his presence.

Jeshia, not noticing the jacuzzi in the background since it was the furthest thing from her mind at the moment, had cooled off and decided to put her little tirade through a 'cool down' phase.
"Dante," she placed her fingers delicately to her brow as if thinking or calming her mind,"You have to understand that I don't see you that often and it's... well, it's disheartening to have to show up to prevent an unplanned death from taking place, especially if you're the cause of it."
She would sigh and, if Dante remained in silence as he had, she would continue.
"Just promise me you'll be more careful, okay? I wouldn't want to have to end your existence," she said, the last bit an attempt to end on a friendlier note.
However, the smile caused from such a comment quickly faded as she heard the rather brash entry.

Slits of eyes opened, bringing Quint back into the world, it still a bit foggy. Not being far from the main doors, he could hear and see now the fifth person into Morrigan's house in the past hour, finding humor in the irony.
Still lying on the couch, Quint saw the figure as Rioushu, talking to him, but staying flat.
"Rio, buddy." He wanted to keep introductions light, in case the male still had problems with his 'other half', "Haven't seen you around lately; what made you decide to stop here?"

Dante was indeed silent as she spoke. While he was listening to her words, more of his brain was working towards a retort. Not a hateful one, mind you, but something that would show Jeshia his side of things just as she had shown him hers. For a moment or so after she had finished while she was speaking, no words were spoken by either or them. Just as he was about to open his mouth, he heard the noise downstairs and became silent again.
The next thing he heard was two voices speaking with each other. The first, to his surprise, was Quint. He should have been out at least a little longer than that, shouldn’t he? Perhaps Roan’s training was doing the boy some good, even if all that had improved was his resilience. He thought he recognized the second voice and walked to the balcony to confirm it. As he had guessed it was Rio, and he shook his head in annoyance as he walked back past Jeshia and towards the door to his room once again.
“It’s just Rio.”
Even his voice was packed with the annoyance that his expression showed. Rio was one of only two people on the island whom he would regard in this manner, and he had no interest in seeing either him or the other one no matter how they tried to stick in his face. He paused in the doorway and turned to Jeshia, his personal feeling for anyone else in the manor obviously put aside for the moment.
“We can talk in here in private, if you like.”

"Heh," she smirked,"Not a fan of keeping company to your guests?"
She folded her arms under her bust and made her way forward towards the doorway Dante had stopped at, indicating that she wouldn't mind speaking with him in private if he was so loathed to be with whomever person had just arrived.
"I do find it odd that you live in such a big house, you seem to be alone, and yet you do not welcome your company. You'll have to tell me all about what's going on here, especially how you acquired this mansion."

Rioushu put his hand over his mouth as he yawned, walking through the manor. He would find out who owned this house, probably kill them, and take over the manor. "Much nicer than my house, that's for sure." Rioushu said, following the voices he heard. That was, until he heard Quint. Rioushu looked over at Quint and raised his eyebrow. "Shouldn't you be with that freak?" Rioushu asked, then shook his head. "Nevermind, actually I have a question for you. Who owns this place? And are they currently here? If so I'll need you to point them out to me." Rioushu requested.
