TeaDidikai Tea's Creamy Spiced Coco Mix 5c Powdered Milk 1 1/4c Powdered Sugar 1/3c Powdered non-dairy Creamer 1/2c Cocoa A pinch of Cinnamon, Clove and Cardamom each. Mix the powders in a large bowl, then place in a jar. About 1/3c mixed with about a cup of hot water makes a yummy treat. *saves that for future use*

My cat is getting restless to have his gifts opened. I swear, he knows which gifts are his--even the ones without catnip. Every time I walk into the living room, only the gifts that are his are knocked off the bookcase where the tree is, and scattered all over the floor.
Anybody doing anything for the Christmas, or just staying at home? *envies those who get to stay at home*

It's Christmas Eve, and my family is frying EVERYTHING. mrgreen So far, we've done chicken, pickles, potato strips, cod, and there are jalapeños awaiting the oil. We've got a pretty cool setup in the backyard pictured here. My dad and brother-in-law were frying up the potato fries in that one.

I'm sick. 100.2 degree fever. Going to Midnight Mass and the homeless shelter and nicks family party. All in 24 hours.
This will suck.

Just got back from Isaac's family's shindig. Wasn't as bad as I expected it to be.

I finally have a toaster! eek crying heart
But by a cruel twist of fate, we are somehow out of bread and bagels. Testing my new baby out will have to wait until tomorrow when groceries have been bought.

I went to my grandparent's on my dad's side. I didn't get much s**t from them (all fundie Christians), other than I need to get out of the occult blah, blah, blah. My cousin Dale on the other hand got a ton of s**t because they finally found out he smokes. Both grandparents, our aunt and uncle, and my dad were on to him about it. I felt bad for him. Other than that things were pleasant. My baby cousin Jackson just loved me. This holiday he let me pick him up and play with him. It was so cute.

I had a TEA theme in my gifts this year. biggrin Is it just me, or is this site really complete barf? Because I read it and it makes my skin crawl, but I know a lot of people have similar complaints about UU and I stand by my UU--so I'm wondering.
