[Kyla:Shipwrek Cove: Uppermost Balcony> Water Below]


Kyle’s words brought back Kai’s from their previous fight and Kyla had to agree- if they wanted them dead, they could have done it by now. Very easily. So this is what it feels like to be dancing in the palm of someone else’s hand.
‘Oh good Lord I hope not.’ Kyla thought to herself at Sora’s comment. And Evil Sora… that’s just- just wrong. On so many levels.
‘Then again, I don’t know if there’s enough negative-ness in him for them to use... if so, whatever they find would make his replica about the size of a gnat.’ ~ teehee...a gnat.~

When Kyle said he was headed for Atlantica Kyla just stepped forward-it’s not like he bothered to ask her anyway- so she didn’t even bother talking about it. She was tired, but right now there was no way she could sleep. Her mind was still going a mile a minute- maybe being submerged in water would keep her pace going. Besides, it seemed many were ducking out of it, she figured he could use the magical support. …and then… Louise struck nerve in Kyle which made something in her actually feel... a bit hurt.


She watched them dive over the edge in silence. As the others talked she thought to herself what she would have liked to say, before once again their default leader- supposed friend just passed them over like an afterthought. Not even that. In fact he seemed angry everyone would at least make themselves accountable to him. This wasn't about assuming they HAD to help-...some want to.


'...sure- I'll come with. You know you can count on your friends right? I told you before you can count on...'
Her eyes darkened in a weird way, and she clutched her book to her chest.

"Nice to know you expect nothing of me still.”

She turned back to them looking suddenly apologetic, worried they overheard that last part- “…- I mean silly them- forgetting to bring magical backup, if something goes wrong they’ll need back up a means of escape and healing. I’ll keep in touch.”

She looked over the edge and...well felt her heart leap into her chest. She wasn’t good with jumping from heights.
‘-spare me some courage?’
~Always- you know you’re ok with me silly.~

And with that- she dove over the edge after them. Unlike them she didn't plummet as quickly or dramatically- no doubt her summon was smoothing her landing for her. She barely splashed when she hit the water and disappeared beneath the waves.

Her voice came over the charms to those who could hear back on the balacony.

"He's been stressing a lot," Sora said with a nonchalant shrug before jumping down from his seat on the edge of the ramp. "Hasn't been talking all that much. You'd think after Hawaii, he'd have let loose some steam."

"Doesn't excuse his lack of poise," Kuja responded, flipping his hair over his shoulder and rolling his eyes. "If he can't stand the spotlight, he should get off the stage."

"Yeah, probably," Sora responded before walking toward the ledge, just after Kyla jumped off. So she was coming, too? Neat. "Guess that's my cue. Woo-hoo!"

With the final exclamation, Sora vaulted over the rail, quickly descending toward the decks and the lagoon below.

"Show-offs," Riku muttered with a small chuckle.


[ Kyle ; Sora : Shipwreck Cove : Decks ]

Kyle's face was skewed with a number of emotions, the majority of them negative, as he made his descent. Yet, even with his air of negativity, anyone with a feel for the metaphorical vibes could tell he wasn't directing this deprecation outward.

There was a brief moment when the Dragoon felt his legs innately tense as he neared the docks; on contact, he barely had to kneel down to counter-act the built-up momentum. Such was the gift of the Dragoon; the deck didn't even show signs of strain or tension under his weight.

Looking up, he noticed a few people follow him down: Joe (He's air-elemental, he'll be fine), Kyla (Wait, wha- oh, she's got Float or something, that's useful), and... Sora?!

"No, wait, wha-?!" he began to shout, looking genuinely horrified-- only for the Keyblade Master to 'Double Jump' mere moments before he made contact with the docks, completely cancelling out his momentum with a magical push upward and forward before he landed in the water near Kyla. Kyle turned to face him, exasperated (his previous mood completely wiped from his features) and half-smiling.

"Come on, that wasn't my first big jump," Sora said, swimming around in small circles with his signature grin, never dulled by his two additional years of age. "You think I'm a rookie or something?"

[Joe: Shipwreck Cove: Docks]

The male caught himself with a magic updraft, causing his descent to slow so he could land on the docks without too much of a problem, before flipping forward into the water as soon as his feet touched the wood.

The 'sploosh' felt satisfying, his dress sphere already accommodating him in the water, giving him his orca-like tail and removing his clothes save for his breastplate. His head surfaced with a hair flip backwards to keep the hair out of his face. Truly it felt nice to be in the water again.

"Simple, Kyla. We go down where it's wetter and better." There was a small smile on his face, but he sounded serious. Mainly because he was.

[ Ajora : Caribbean : Flying Dutchman ]

When Ashley jolted and turned on him, Ajora was unmoved; didn't even seem to tense, as if he felt he was never in any harm to begin with. He gazed over the railing of the helm as she spoke, watching as different crew members went about their work.

"Nope," was all he responded, letting the ocean breeze blow his hair around. "Just be ready for battle in the morning."

[Dani :: Shipwreck Cove :: Rose Ramp ]

"Looks like I am not the only one cracking under the lack of rest." Dani thought with clarity as she wanted Kyle get angry at Louis and jump off of the ramp with Joe.

Dani then quickly turned her head as she heard the last of Kyla's statement and sighed. "I guess I had better go down with them." Dani said mostly to herself, but others to hear. "They might want the person that can control water down there."

Dani slowly moved over to the side of the ramp and stretched out her muscles to get them moving and ready for anything that might show up. "Okay how should I do this..." Dani thought as she stared at the water clearly very far away from her current position.

"If I may offer a suggestion," Leviathan spoke inside of Dani's mind "I wouldn't jump into the water like the others did. Your small body would probably not be able to take it.

"Okay I got it. Thanks Leviathan." Dani thought and walked back from the edge of the ramp. Getting a running start, Dani jumped off of the side of the ramp and started heading down towards the water. As she fell, a geyser appeared below her in respect to the water and met her halfway so that she could stand on the water. "This is why I like having the power over water" Dani thought as she slowly made it back down into the water with Joe, Kyla, Sora and Kyle.

"This looks like it could be fun." Dani commented as she looked down and noticed that her dress sphere had decided to change. She now had the tail of a koi fish and black sea shells covering the upper half of her body. After looking over the rest of her new look she turned her attention back to the group with a light blush on her cheeks.

[Elleon ~ Paris ~ Beauvais Manor Ballroom]

Elleon shrugged, stirring a sugar cube into her tea, "She's a lot more obedient than you might think. Admittedly she says what she wants, but I don't mind that at all. She amuses me."

The small blonde sank into her high-backed chair and let her eyes trail to the dance floor. Her mind fell quiet for a few moments, a bit of her fatigue taking over. It had been a while since she'd gotten some time to rest. The dancers were all that interested her at the moment. Each of them was in their own elaborate mask and gown, stepping and whirling around the floor with silly smiles on their faces. How could they not know? How could they be so unaware of what was going on in their very own city, right underneath their noses? Elleon smirked at their greed and ignorance. How she would love to make them know.

She took a sudden breath, as if she had just thought of something, and looked over to Ajora, "I hope you don't have a tight schedule to keep to. I'd hate to keep you from it."

[Kyla: Shipwreck Cove: Docks>water]

“I’ll take from you then.” Kyla replied- finishing the line from the song they were both quoting, then she dipped down under the water again, swimming a little deeper. This seemed to be what the dressphere was waiting for, and the threads dissolved and reweave around her body focusing on what lay beneath her hip bone. It was an odd feeling- she felt her legs were there... and yet... they didn’t feel the same anymore. They were unified, more controllable. It was like slipping both feet into one slipper, but they didn’t shift apart when you began kicking.

The water changed for her too. What once felt like cold icy water, felt more like warm bathwater. Looking straight down her eyes seemed to adjust to the darkness, but at a much greater scale. It was like someone had turned on the lights! She could see just how far down the rock formations which created shore had plummeted down into what looked like a massive canyon below! Like seeing a mountain range in broad daylight- the ocean was now revealed with crystal clarity…

It was official Mer-vision ROCKED!

Now that she was able to see better in the water Kyla got a good look at herself and her new fishy form- her tail was long, elegenat and purple in color. With fins draping along her sides like some frilled dress. Kyla recognized it as a beta fishes tail- also known as the chinese fighting fish. Her scales reached right up to her hip bone. Her dressphere robes had altered now to accommodate her breasts in a short, smaller version of her original design. Very similar to her bikini design from Hawaii.
Much to her surprised, her glasses remained as well. Seemed unnecessary- but since when has clothing ever made sense in this world?

When Kyla rose back to the surface- Dani had landed in the water and she got to see the girl transform above her head. Her legs seemed to melt and bright colored bloomed into brilliant fish scales with black dots. Kyla swam up and her head popped back out of the water, bangs clinging to her face.
“Nice Koi tail.” She murmured before raising her gaze back up to the balcony high above. It hard to imagine she had just jumped off that thing!

“I guess that’s everyone then.” She mused and dipped under the water again ready to go.
