Also, Vin, while we're all being whiny.
Why in the s**t are three of the judges doing all of the grading? You couldn't, oh say, divide the fights by five?
While you're at it, GO JUDGE ELLI'S FIGHT. Because, and I repeat, I CAN'T.

Lollipop Fiend The 24 hour thing is a courtesy, not an official rule here, or at least was not in the rules last I looked. .
Incorrect. Points will be docked for fights that went past the 24 hour mark if nothing was posted in the N.O.A thread.

Can you point out where in the rules thread that is because when I looked I didn't find it and when I asked other people they said they didn't see it when they looked either.
I know it's a rule for HoH, but I'm pretty sure like a week ago somebody even said in the OOC it's not an actual rule but people are simply used to doing it.

Basically, you're going to get penalties for long absences without notice or betraying your profiles by doing something not in them.

Next round, I'm stealing HoH's rubric. >_> I just realized how trivial the spelling/ grammar section is. I'll be right back. Gonna go shoot myself.

So can it be posted in the rules so people who don't read the OOC know or something? And possibly in a term clearer than long periods. =(

So I'm done?
I don't need to grade any more fights?
Because I think that's what your thread is saying.

I just have a couple of things I want to say about the judging.
First of all. None of us competitors are in the moderators forum. So we don't know who has done what. We have no idea. All we have to go on is one person saying "Well I'm finished" and no one else saying they have. It is quite possible that some people perfer to do their judging in word documents and then paste the judgements into the thread after they have finished.
Secondly, it's great Rhos has finished and has graded the way he has. But that doesn't mean he is a ruler to measure the other judges against. The reason we have different judges is because we're looking for varied judgements. It's a pretty simple concept, go tune into American Idol and see if those three bastards all judge exactly the same.
I really don't think any of us have any right to complain. Why? Because without the judges, this tournament wouldn't be happening at all.
