So Ross, did you get a response back in the Judges thread when you asked if you could put out your grades at the promised deadline?

=( Man, why do most judges rarely meet deadlines but the deadlines are always strictly enforced on the fighters.
I think we need judges for the judges.

That's a very good point, Lollipop.
BTW if I actually win my match, we're going to need each other's MSNs since we're gonna be fighting.

I always like having more people to ditz out on and to talk about ascots and legwarmers to.

Doesn't matter. I already rigged the tournament, bribed all the judges, and fixed all the matches.
I've won.

Because all the fighters stuck so strictly to their timelines right? Everyone of us posted at least once every 24 hours?
Come on guys. Would you rather fights that are graded to the best of their abilities or fights that are graded hastily?
Personally, I see exactly where Tenkai is coming from. He wants to go through every single fight and allocate as many points as possible to everyone. He wants the best for you and you're all bitching and moaning about it.

Added you, Fiend.
And I wouldn't be surprised, Roen. Seeing what happened during DT lol.

The DT?
I would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those pesky kids and their dumb dog.

The answer is no.
I get the whole "but I need to comment" thing, but... you don't. Admittedly, the scores for the ones I'm doing that aren't commented are both too generous and too harsh because I'm going by .5's, but I still had the time and ability to make fair calls.
Meh.

The 24 hour thing is a courtesy, not an official rule here, or at least was not in the rules last I looked.
But it's true, fighters are expected to stick to the schedule at they don't have a choice but to manage their time. It's even harder because they have to coordinate their schedule with somebody else, or at least give up some of their free time to post.
Judges don't have to do that, they have the week to produce the best results they possibly could. Just from the few times I've read about it in the thread it seemed like nobody but one person had done for like half of the week. Maybe that's not true or they just didn't post their progress or something, but if that is the case and they need an extension then really how fair is that?
Judges, like participants, know the commitments they're about to make before the decision to get involved. If they know they don't have the time for it, why even waste their time along with everybody else's? =(
Rhoss managed his time pretty well, really appreciate the fact he actively let us know his progress and that he was actually working on the stuff before the last minute.

Isn't everyone supposed to be an ungrateful douche after we fail to make deadline?
