Leaping from tree to tree Aki movements were graceful and almost poetic. They were not just simply jumps from one branch to the other, but with each leap came some kind of acrobatic move. As she landed on one branch she crouched down on all fours and pounced herself like a cat spinning almost like a top twisting her body. The next branch was a forward flip, however as she leaped it didn't look like her foot would catch and thats when she stuck out her hand and grabbed the next branch and slid around it, like a monkey bar only to propel herself even further. She was keeping her movements rather slow though, trying to keep cadence with the rest of the group.

Inoka also leapt on tree after tree although it was at a slower pace. She was wondering how Rin would catch up since she looked to be a fresh genin and all. However, she was confident of the girl's abilities... she noticed Shiru looking back, and gave him a cheeky grin, before looking back to check that they hadn't been going too fast for Kasaki. She also noticed Shiru looking around to check for anything out of the ordinary, and realised that she should also probably be doing the same thing. Honestly Inoka... she was already 17, and still did not have the ninja sense of caution. She only berated herself for a short time though as she also decided to keep her eyes peeled for the benefit of the group.

Shiru did his best to keep with Aki, he glanced back towards the others keeping an eye on them to keep from any of them falling behind. Shiru slowly began to glance his eyes through the tree's as they made their bounds from branch to branch for anything that'd be out of the ordinary that may pose a threat to their advance. He hoped that they could make it to Iwa without any interruptions but with the way the world has become that may just be asking for too much.
[Spot Check: 7 +lvl2 sharingan(+8 ) = +15 on check neutral

(Sorry, lol... lost track of where we were... and been a tad bit busy, lol. I'm posting NOW!)
Rin was right behind them as they entered into the deep forest of Konoha. Things seemed to be going pretty well, until she realized that they were further ahead than she hoped for... in an attempt to catch up... she was instead left behind... too slow to keep going or something... She wondered if she should bother following. If they came to look for her, they'd be wasting precious time to escape... but If she was caught... Shaking her head, she continued on... There was no way she'd be staying here...
(Why are we doing spot checks? I seem to be the only one new to this particular... exercise? I think my character looses you guys... Um... wow... this isn't good.
Edit: Um... someone got rid of my profile... What should I do?)

Kasaki followed closely behind Shiru. Despite how the boy acted he really did look up to him. His strength inspired confidence. He glanced back and Rin and noticed she was falling behind. He stopped suddenly and waited for her to catch up. "We won't lose them," he whispered. "Shiru wouldn't let that happen."

Rin, the old profile scroll is in the Archives. No offence, it's kind of annoying when the NEW shinobi scroll has been up for ages, and there's even been an announcement to post your profile in it, and then once the old scroll is moved, then people notice it...]

[Poor Shadow, he can hide in plain daylight but no, he can't hide from Aki ^_^ We're doing spot checks because i'm evil and even with Kyo's natural 20 his spot isn't high enough razz but do not fear! I won't try to get you guys killed... yet rofl ]
As they continued to leap from tree to tree Aki seemed relax almost as if she was in some kind of tranquil state where nothing could both her. She seemed different from when the group had last been together. The darkness that grew within her was subsided and a gentle calm was about her. She seemed to gain a many years in only the brief time apart.
Off in the distance there was some ominous dark aura that surrounded the forest and the path that they followed. [Yes god damn it, i used ominous, get over it] As the others traveled obliviously through the forest Shiru managed to see a shadow, or rather, a hint of a shadow following them. He couldn't be for certain, or even if something was really there, for it was like a glimmer, and had only caught his eye.
[You guys better pray for something small]

Rin continued on, hoping she'd find someone soon. To her luck, Kasaki had stopped for her. Catching up to him quickly, she gave him a small smile. "Arigatou... " Standing up straigt, she waited for him to take the lead... "I'll follow you... "

"Just watch for Shiru's eyes. He's been watching for us." He stared forward, watching the brief flicker of Shiru's red eyes with his own black ones. Shiru... he tries to act like he doesn't care, but his actions prove differently.

Shiru's eyes twitched slightly as he caught a glimmer of something. Unsure of what he'd seen, he continued to press through behind Aki slowly reaching to his back grabbing a hold of the hilt to his katana. Hoping he'd seen nothing, he kept his eyes diligent, while holding lightly to his blade waiting for that moment that his eyes weren't playing with him. <******** 10.... we're doomed gonk I'm assuming that number was generating the severity of our fight crying ]
