Arashi woke up really early in the morning, something that he was used to do in days of training. Today was the magic day in the one he would meet his sensei. "I hope the sensei is a female, working under guys sure is boring" Taking his common equipment bag he walks out of his apartment and starts jumping from roof to roof trying to keep up a nice speed. "Seems like there is the place for the meeting..." He whispered as he landed on the ground and stared to walk with both hands on his pockets. He sure was hungry and nervous but this was going to end as soon as he met his new master. Coming from the opposite side of the road he finds himself in front of the person who was going to become his sensei but as expected he was unable to recognize her and just stand near waiting for the one.

As she continues to wait, she sees a boy jumping from rooftop to rooftop. In time, he jumps to the ground and stands near her. Maybe he was waiting for someone, too. Her eyes immediately appraise him, from his muscular build to his handsome face. He seems to be somewhere close to her own age of nineteen. After a few minutes, when her student still hasn't showed up, she decides to speak to him. After all, she's a young woman and moderately friendly. She cocks her head and asks, "Are you waiting for someone, too?"

Arashi sapphire like eyes moved to meet the person who was talking to him. Not too long after his eyes open widely as he is taken by surprise by her immense beauty. Taking a second to breath and swallow hard he responds: "Yeah...I too am waiting for someone, however the person don't seem to be coming...maybe the ANBU needed to intervene with him or her..." Taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out he says: "I wish I knew why I have to go through all this...well anything for the village I guess" Suddenly he opens his eyes and looks at her stroking the back of his head. "Eh sorry...I didn't meant to blast my problems on you..." He moves his hand from behind his head and extends it forward. "The name is Uzuki Arashi, my honor to meet you...also my honor to have the chance of gazing upon your beauty"

Her eyes crinkle a little as she smiles. "We both seem to have a problem with people showing up on time." Her head slowly shakes. "We all have problems, some worse than others." Her laugh is light and easy. When he extends his hand she reaches hers out as well. Shaking it firmly, she responds, "Itou Kimiko." His name seems to ring a bell, but she ignores the tickling in the back of her mind. She'll remember later, she's sure. Her cheeks flush lightly as his compliment. Unsure of what to say, she says nothing. She isn't shy enough to lower her gaze, but she does look away. Another sigh -- this time of irritation -- forces its way from her throat. "I really don't have time for a student anyway. This is ridiculous. If he can't even be on time, then I don't want to waste the effort." Her green eyes swing back to meet his. He really is quite cute. Sexy, even. "But anything for the village, right?" Her eyes smile at him, offering to share the little joke.

Arashi nods a few times in agreed sharing her joke. "Yep anything for the village !" with his hands still on his pockets he loos at the ramen shop not so far away from where they were standing and says: "How about we share some breakfast ? I invite" He said as he looked at her green eyes melting in the inside. "Beautiful eyes !" Before she could notice his blushing he looks around trying to spot this sensei he was suppose to find and says: "Meh...the person that was suppose to teach me doesn't seems to be coming..."

At the mention of breakfast, Kimiko brightens. "Actually, sure!" She hadn't eaten this morning in her rush. Her kitten, Mai, had been in a mischievous mood, getting into everything. She stretches a bit, glad to be moving around. She thought for a moment about her student but dismissed him from her mind. If he had to search for her, perhaps that would teach him to be punctual. At his words, she looks at him curiously. "Teacher?" A feeling of dread works its way into her stomach, shoving aside her need for hunger. But that was impossible. Her student was only fifteen. This young man was at least as old as she, if not older. "Who were you waiting for again?"

Arashi smiles softly as he blushes, he was extremly happy than she accepted his invitation to eat, it was just too good he thought. "Oh great then let's go !" He said as he stared to walk bu is interumpedby her question. "Well, I am waiting for a person that will become mmy jounin commander and I guess my teacher too...why is something the matter ?" He asked softly in confusion wondering why she even cared.

She cursed inwardly. This couldn't be. He was too old! Wasn't he...? She again appraised him with a more critical eye. His features were pleasant to look upon and hinted at maturity. His muscles were well-developed and nicely toned. She flushed once again. No...she still stuck by her first impression. He was much too old to be her genin student. Please, please let him be too old..."How old are you?" Her voice was now laced with tension as she waited for his answer. She had unconsciously drawn herself up in a manner reminiscent of her teacher status. Her hands were planted on her cocked hips and her expression was carefully neutral.

Arashi looks at her a little confused wondering why she was so suddenly interested in his age. "Well...I'm suppose to be 15 years old...or so the village records say, but to tell you the truth...I really dunno how old I am...why ?" He was a little scared that she actually cared about a number that represented nothing for someone like him, who only remembered a few weeks of his life. Of course maybe she didn't wanted to associate herself with younger males or perhaps she was very selective on her friends.

s**t! She kept her face carefully calm as she studied him for the third time. This time as a student. She wasn't disappointed by what she saw. But then, she wasn't thinking clearly. He was her student. He was her student. She could have kicked herself for being so stupid. She hadn't remembered his name because she'd only looked at it once. And here she'd confessed that she didn't really want to teach him! She didn't think that any teacher/student meeting could have gone worse in all the history of Konohagakure. She wondered how to tell him, then decided that blunt would be the only way to do this. "Well, apparently, you're Uzuki Arashi...my new student." Her eyes watched him carefully to see how he reacted. The first few moments would tell her a great deal about him.

Arashi looks at her with a serious look as she stated that she was his student. "Sounds great to me, this mean, I will have more time to get to know you better...so how about we go have our breakfast before training after all we no longer need to wait for anyone since we both found each other neh ?" He continued walking as he tried his best to ignore the fact that this lady was his sensei. How in the world did he ended under such a cute woman, wait maybe if he became a jounin in record time she would look at his with different eyes...yes it was not a plan in his head and he was not going to go back on it.

She glanced at the sun to check the time. "I suppose we have time for a quick bite." She would have rathered they go ahead and begin training. But her stomach had been promised food. And it wasn't going to let her back out that easily. She sneaked a peek towards Arashi. Dammit...She still couldn't believe that he was only fifteen. Now she had to change her whole image of him. Preferably to one that didn't contain overtones of desire. She frowned a bit. Dammit. Just to break the slightly awkward silence, she asked him, "What experience do you have?"

Arashi looks at her over his shoulder with a small smile on his face. At this time he wondered if she was actually mad at him because of his age, but this was no time to think about that it was time to give an answer. "I really dunno how experience I am...to tell you the truth...I only know I barely remember how I became a ninja...I guess you will have to test me in the battle field to know..." With those words he continued walking before saying. "You should stop troubling yourself...my age and my status have nothing to do with who I am...if you fail to see people for what they are you will fail to see reallity and will always stay in the darkness wondering Why is he younger than me? Why can't he be older ? why must I stop my feeling for him to grow ? Well sensei my age has nothing to do with any of those"

Her brow furrowed then straightened as she remembered. That's right. This was the boy that caused such a fuss. Kohryuu had insisted in several letters that he be taken in. She ruefully remembered the one that had asked her to train him. She was actually a little exasperrated with herself. She was becoming far too caught up in her work, to let events slip by her like this. She'd have to pay more attention. Her thoughts were brought to a screeching halt by his little impromptu speech. She stared blankly at his back, having actually paused, before continuing after him. Her voice was crisp and held a no-nonsense tone. "Lesson one: Don't presume you know what others are thinking. You'll inevitably guess wrong. Your age doesn't concern me. Your status as my student however is another matter entirely. I would suggest you put any inappropriate thoughts from your mind." Just as she was struggling to put such thoughts from her mind. She glanced at him again. Struggling and not necessarily succeeding.

Arashi laughs softly lowering his head as he continues walking. "Sensei...I was just taking a guess...leaking false information to allow the enemy to give you the real one is a basic strategy when you are trying to gather information or set traps and ambush..." As they arrive to the ramen shop he takes sit on front of the bar and waits for his sensei before saying. "After all I already know we will make a great team together"
