This is why I feel compelled to turning my PM on. However doing so would lead to me being spammed by people I've run into...

-People who were on my list, but I eventually took off for various reasons.
-People who wanted me to add them, and when I said I couldn't, they add me anyways...
-People in RA who want me to add them but I have no room. If they start talking to me, I'll have to remove some people to add them for a bit to tell them I can't talk to them. I don't want to seem rude and ignore them, nor do I want them to keep on saying "Hello?", "Are you there?" "Talk to me!!!".

I'd never be able to catch rule breakers with that.

When they made RS2 they changed the exp a little, so everyone who made a new account before the change in RS1 had their regular 10hp lower to 9hp ^^
