dude if it has been 22 years since they have been to the play offs no offence but wouldn't it mean their chances are slim? no offence as I have saaid lol.
It's a different club that it has been in the past, trust me. The only reason they slipped at the end of the year was cause their rookie pitcher was cold, their starting second baseman was out with a separated shoulder, and there were some other teams that stepped up big time.
But the Tigers destroyed the Yankees in the first round, swept the A's in the second round.... now it's either the Mets or the Cardinals up next depending on who wins the NLCS.
Like I said, 22 years does alot for a club. I mean, look at the Steelers from last year. No one thought they'd win last year, but they did. And that was nearly a thirty year drought for the city for a football championship. The hockey Red Wings had nearly a fifty year drought when they won the Cup in '96.
Just a long time coming. Long time coming.
