Yeah Im a wandering S rank ninja, soon I will be Mizukage due to a plot between me and Sammy.
Bullene: Dont worry about it you can take a personal exam when ever you want for a promotion to Chuunin same with Jounnin.

Pretty much, once I finish my Genin Raiton jutsu, and maybe a couple of C rank, I will probably want a personal exam.

nother question.... take exam... get chunnin (Hopefully) and let's say... I want a summon... go through the process to get summon, and the scroll holder is no longer in the guild... will I get the scroll or no...?

I wana take meh exam >< if the scroll holder is no longer in the guild than yes you get the scroll all the same if the holder is dead but still in the guild they no longer own the scroll because they died.

haha when you do you got to teach me some bloodline techs do you have to have everything in first stage to get to be able to do anything with second also need to spar with me

Second can only be unlocked by being taught from Asuma Haruka who is the current head......

So, Q (if I may call you so), before you become Mizukage, do you think you can teach me "Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu"? (Lightning Blast Jutsu)
I was hoping to have one good "Combat" jutsu before I apply to become a Chuunin.

I still don't get how I'm supposed to train for stuff when there's no master for my taijutsu style.
