x-cupids arrow-x Sammy couldn't hear. She was blocking everything out on purpose, because if she heard that water she would break down again. She curled up into the fetal position, closing her eyes tightly. Dark pokes her in the forehead. "HEY! WE'RE FINE!" He shouts, trying to get her attention. If she hadn't noticed they didn't hit the water, something must be wrong.

Sammy just shook her head, eyes still closed. She was going through some major flash backs at the moment, and she wasn't going to say anything that would reveal her secret.

Dark shook his head. He picked her up and surfed back to the beach. He places her on the grass off the sand and looks at her injuries. "Well maybe a few broken bones and a shoulder that needs to be popped back into place but no cuts." He was proud he avoided Shadow Claw and Stone Edge. Those moves could kill, and have. "We're on shore now."

Memo crashed into the ocean and raced towards Sammy and Dark, his Aura powers kicking in. The boy controlled the water, although he was still a bit shaky, and helped speed them back to land as Dark surfed over there.

Sammy opened an eye, checking her surrounding carefully. No water; that was good. She sat up, her first reaction to reach into her bag and pull out the pill bottle. She then remember Mr. Dark was right there. "Oh well; you already knew, anyway," she sighed, popping a few into her mouth. She sighed happily, knowing she had just averted a major emotional crisis. "Good battle," she grinned, sticking her available arm out for a hand shake.

"Good battle," she grinned, sticking her available arm out for a hand shake. Dark thanks Memo (I'm not sure he knows his name) and looks back at Sammy. Before shaking her hand he pops her shoulder back in place. "You'd make a powerful hybrid." He says. "It certainly was a good battle." He scratches the back of his head. "We should get you back to HQ and get you looked at." Although he did hold back a bit of power in his punches, he still hit Sammy quite hard.

A loud "pop" could be heard as her shoulder was put back into place, but it didn't hurt as much as she thought it would. Sammy stood up shakily, using a rock for support. "I'm good. Squirt is a pretty good nurse; I'll just have him look at me later," she assured, determined to take care of herself. "Thank you for fighting me; you have no idea how big of a help it is to my self-esteem," she grinned, turning to Memo. "Hey, Memo, do you want to contest train?" she asked, wanting to watch.

Memo realeases Etina and offers Sammy a teleport home as the boy looked at Dark and smiled lightly.

Sairaku Memo realeases Etina and offers Sammy a teleport home as the boy looked at Dark and smiled lightly. "Sammy you had me worried hehe." Dark says to Memo, hopefully proving that he's not an enemy. "Y'know you guys are quite interesting. Maybe I'll join again." He then looks back at Sammy. "No problem. I've taken on quite a few people and pokemon, maybe I could train you a bit sometime?"---- Back at HQ. Bangira's body is laying lifeless on the floor. The robot's eyes seem to power up and shut down rapidly, the red eyes flicker.

"You should get going, quickly," she coughed, trying to push Mr. Dark away a bit. She failed, though, only ending up falling to one knee in a coughing fit.

"He's... uh..." Sammy lied through her teeth. "He's my dad," she winced at the word. "I need to make sure he's okay," she said, getting up and beginning to walk towards HQ. She wasn't going to admit that every step made her scream inside, just because she wanted to show she wasn't some stupid damsel who couldn't take care of herself.
