I've tried that. Relaxing music doesn't help me much. I mean, it helps for a little while, but then I snap back into reality and get angry and disappointed at myself again.

It seems like all these things are working to solve the effect instead of the cause. In this case, low self esteem --> depression.
I guess my counselor will be helping me to fix the cause, though I have to wait a few weeks to see her again for that.

That...I don't know. Search the interwebs? @Cata: love that song XD /knows all the words Also...even though the lyrics are farily negative, the music for Angry People is really upbeat. Ignore the lyrics and it'll probably cheer anyone up. (But yay for lyrical dissonance )

I've done that before. The things they say might work for some people, but not so much for me. I wish I could talk to my counselor more often than once every other week. This stuff is personal, not stuff that some random Internet site can give me advice for.

Although I only just returned about a month ago, so I guess that would make sense.

  totally forgot until just a few minutes ago.
Last night I had a dream the revolved completely around Epic Mickey...forgot what happened...but I know it had Mickey and Oswald and my perspective swapped throughout the dream.
/this is what happens when I play games right before bed XD
