crying

the all-knowing oracle of starbucks

Personality type: High Maintenance

You pride yourself on being assertive and direct; everyone else thinks you're bossy and arrogant. You're constantly running your mouth about topics that only you would find interesting. Your capacity for wasting other people's time is limitless. Your friends find you intolerable, that's why they're plotting to kill you.

Also drinks: Water. Bottled, chilled, with four ice cubes, a twist of lemon, in a crystal glass.
Can also be found at: Trendy martini bars

HAHAHA!!!! Omg I'm crying I'm laughing so hard!

heh. whee I'm glad it's humourous.

I think it is... besides... Time spent with friends isn't time wasted, it's more like an investment. You put in love and you get love back. So I think it's entirely wrong.

That oracle is nasty

Quote:
Personality type: Pseudo-intellectual

You're liberal and consider yourself to be laid back and open minded. Everyone else just thinks you're clueless. Your friends hate you because you always email them virus warnings and chain letters "just in case it's true." All people who drink Venti Tazo Chai Tea Latte are potheads.

Also drinks: Sparkling water
Can also be found at: Designer grocery stores

It is pretty rude isn't it. I guess the creator of the program probably hates starbucks lol!

that oracle sucks... stare

It called me an "a**-clown"... evil

I could handle anything as long as it didn't reference clowns... I want to hunt down the creator of that oracle an JACK SLAP them! scream

People who drink Double Shot Venti French Vanilla Latte are NOT a** clowns...
The Oracle

Personality type: a**-clown

You tell people that you're an executive at your company. You think that your repeated references to being "addicted" to caffeine make you seem intriguing and dangerous. People think you're a sucker because you spend 60% of your annual income at Starbucks. Everyone who drinks Double Shot Venti French Vanilla Latte ends up addicted to crack.

Also drinks: Zima
Can also be found at: Karaoke bars

I don't do bars, and WTF is a Zima!?

I am so tired... I have been running my a** off for other people the last 4 days, and I don't have what I need to have done for the weekend now... My husband wants me to do Christmas dinner at our house on Sunday, but I never got to go and get groceries, and I need to help mom tomorrow with our Christmas Eve traditional dinner...

I might just tell him our dinner for Sunday is going to have to wait until Monday... Why should I have to work when no one else has to Sunday? confused

*huggles* sounds like you're having a rough time. Hope it all works out for you.

On a side note... I have a bit of a moral dilemma. My ex hasn't told her family that we're getting a divorce and she probably never will. I honestly don't care what she chooses to do but I got Christmas cards from her whole family this year and I really didn't need to be reminded of how alone I am. And here's the dilemma: Do I return them their gifts and tell them the truth? Should I just send them back without saying anything? I mean... I don't wanna keep getting these stupid giftcards from them so I want to tell them that it's over but I feel like I'm a snitch and that I should keep my mouth closed. Maybe I shouldn't do her any favors and just tell them the whole truth? Idk what to do... Any advice?

Eh... It's all good... I just know from now on that it doesn't matter if you get all that YOU need to get done, because when you somehow suceed, EVERYONE who is still not ready WILL take note and seek your help...

Then you hear a WHOLE lot of, "I don't know how you did it..."

But anyway... It's all over tomorrow... and tomorrow will be a blast for us! blaugh

As to the family situation, it's not cool that you ex put you in that position... I could tell you what I would do if I were in your situation, but I am a pretty blunt individual...

You might do something a bit less harsh than I would by sending them a thank-you card back to them with the gift-cards they sent, and then they would probably confront your ex about it... otherwise, they would ask you what was up, and you could tell them in a respectful manner...

It's a little passive aggressive, but I think it is a respectful response to her family that shows more courtesy to them than your ex is showing to them.

The most that I will do tomorrow is open a stocking that my mom will give me. Hopefully it isn't like last year... The holidays are almost over so I'm just waiting till everyone calms down and stops this madness.

I am gonna send them their giftcards back it's just I don't know what to say. I also want them to stop mailing them to me so I have to say something about the fact that we're no longer together but by doing that I'm stepping my foot into someone elses business that I don't want to be a part of. It's a frustrating dilemma.

I'm sure they won't ask me what's up. Besides... if they do call me I would probably get an earful of ranting about how bad of a person I am. (we didn't see eye to eye) and they don't have my ex's new number. (can't tell that there was a falling out over me can ya)

Meh... either way I'll figure it out. I can either say nothing and get letters every so often or step my foot in it and finish it now. Probably gonna go with the later.

Lost my computer Christmas night... but due to the problems I had been having with it, I was saving everything I was working on every time I walked away from the computer... So I lost nothing. mrgreen

Until now, I have refrained from cluttering up my husbands computer with my masses of stuff, but he confronted me about it last night, and told me that my softwares and hardwares would be just the stuff to try the performance on his self-made, bad-a**, custom machine! rofl He is so awesome!

He is already talking about building me something, or else giving the one he made this year and starting a new one... I haven't really pushed him hard, just mentioned I would like to buy something after we get our tax returns back, but being home, and seeing what I try to deal with in regards to my computer has him ready to do something for me right now! We can't afford that yet though.

Anyway. I probably shouldn't make a timetable for anything, seeing as I am cursed to never have my timetables work, but I will anyway... I hope to be back to my normal internet activity by next Wednesday morning... The Husband goes back to work, and the boy goes back to school Tuesday, but I will have New Years Clean-up and Christmas take-down to do that day. xp

So, for everyone who has plans for the party this weekend, BE CAREFUL! Have fun!... and I dare you to have more fun than I do! 4laugh .... Said Just in case I can't get back on before then... heart
