Kai walked over to where they would be performing and began plugging in the amps and his electric gutair, as well as the mikes. He set up the music stands and set up the sheet music. He looked over at Mahewa "It's all set to go!" he said.

Rocky rolled over, spent. He was panting heaily from the fun he and his mate had just had when he heard the *BZZT* of amps turning on. He rolled over to face Yue and said, "Hey hon, need some clothes? It sounds like it's about to start downstairs~"

The feline panted, brushing his long white hair from his face as he looked lovingly at his mate, smiling; "Yes but I think we need a moment or two to collect ourselves before we attempt to join in." He purred and rolled to his side, placing his head and a paw on Rocky's chest as the two rested a little for the party getting ready to start.

Dimitris watched the screen on his remote and smiled as it flashed red. "It's time." Hitting a second button a series of flash bombs prepped and fell from the roof releasing bursts of light as inmense booming rang through signaling the rocket exploded as nightfell. Looking out the window the lights and sparks from the rocket began dying down slowly and he gave himself a pat on the back.

Mahewa finished putting her saxophone together, closed the case, and walked over to join Kai. "Ready when you are!" she said in excitement.

Shirou watched as the explosions lit up the outside, smiling as the pretty flames danced before him. "thats really good dimitris." he said wit ha smile before turning to mahewa and kai.

"Well, know any jazz standards?" Mahewa asked. "Jazz is my specialty. But if you don't, that's fine; just start playing something and I'll comp for a while, squeeze in a solo, maybe invent a vocal harmony or two."

Kai pulled up a stool and sat down. He swapped out his electric gutair for an acoustic one. He cracked out his knuckles and began to pluck the strings. A soft, jazzy tune filled the air as he played. He looked over at Mahewa and signaled to join in with her sax.

 I keep a gun in the book you gave me. Prey all you want, but who's gonna save me? Rocky's ears perked up and his tail wagged furiously as he heard the music playing from upstairs. He Materialized clothes onto him, a pair of saggy blue jeans and a green shirt that said, "I'm not Irish... But you can kiss me anyways!" And on Yue, A pair of sky blue loose-fit pants and gray shirt that had a :3 on it in large font. He pulled him with him, going down the stairs, grabbing a chair and listening to the song that they played, his tail swaying to the beat Hallelujia, lock and load Clickie please.

Mahewa joined Kai with the melody; the air was soon filled with smooth, soulful tones. It was a tune she knew well. How fortunate that Kai knew some jazz!
