10, twice a day.
Then I'll work up form there slowly.
...today and tomorrow and the next day I'm gonna be all on edge with Rita.

Say..a hand is not broken when you can move it....right?
cos its turning all blue and painfull
and it does hurt a lot when I move it...and it seems that a part is smaller than usual...but that can be cos the part next to it has gotten a lot bigger...tho so did that part >.>

ice it, immedeatly.
if the swelling doesn't go down, and it becomes imovable, you might want to get an x-ray, but it just sounds bruised.
