Streamjumper Shoujo Phoenix kyyrao Tsukasa Elric kyyrao I'm so fricken ska-rewwww-ded! Over a two day span of being sick I missed an exam, a test, and a project!!!!WTF?! That's... lucky and unlucky, all at the same time. sweatdrop ....Oh well... sad ......that's okay I'll just go out tonight to make me happy..... crying I should go out tonight too. I = so worried about paying for rooming this spring. I need to go there. =( Anyone have any suggestions? Should I do a few student loans as well as grants, scholarships and (possible) work money? Get a few loans. It will make things far more manageable. I think I will once I'm outta here. But my mother is going to lecture me so much. I mean, if I shared an apartment with people, it would cost anywhere from 8 - 10k a year. (including utilities, food, etc)

I'm sorry, but this is too funny. Spokes You bet I believe in those! When I was younger and first started watching anime I was always getting visited by the characters! Seriously! I was ten years old, watching Megaman and all of a sudden.....Megaman walked in, sat down next to me, and watched himself beat up Protoman! I tried to tell my parents....but they said he was an imaginary friend. I still think he was real. I know what and who I saw! I continued to get these visits from various anime characters until I was 12. I think my dad scared them all off. I swear, there must've been a portal in my room of house because they were always at my place. Then they just dissappeared......I miss those guys.

Tsukasa Elric It's really annoying when you open a packet of crisps and they're all broken... Very. gonk Whee... I actually left the hospital before 8pm! It's unheard of! whee I even had time to stop off at the grocery store and get food before I came home. I actually have food, at long last! gonk heart I've also found that a great deal of diphenhydramine lets me breathe, even if it leaves me woozy and tired all day. Oh, and my foal is starting to look a little better! 4laugh

Akimbo Oo..Robots! Go see Robots! whee
Me, I can't decide if I'm more excited about the new Star Wars movie, or Hitchhiker. Probably Hitchhiker. confused crying I know I'm going to end up going to see the new Star Wars movie, even though I'm not really expecting much. I didn't like Episodes 1-2 at all. confused But...I know I'm going to go see Ep. 3 in the hopes of seeing some real Darth Vaderness. Also on that note...it's horrible. I'm not at all excited about the new movie, and yet...when I was at the store, every time I saw a product with images from the new movie, it was like this...uncontrollable gut reaction. "STAR WARS. MUST BUY." gonk Damn them. Damn them to hell. I came so close to getting these French Toast stick things because there was a picture of Vader on the front. I don't even like French Toast. scream

Shoujo Phoenix I = so worried about paying for rooming this spring. I need to go there. =( Anyone have any suggestions? Should I do a few student loans as well as grants, scholarships and (possible) work money? Personally, I think it's a great idea to avoid taking out loans as long as possible. But only as long as possible while still making it to college. Do your best to find a part-time job with flexible hours, go for all the grants and scholarships you can. However, when it comes down to it, if you still don't have enough, then take the loans. Getting a degree and making it into a higher paying field is well worth the initial investment. Even if you start out with some debt, it can be paid off eventually and you'll be all the better off for it. It's also a great way of building up good credit, which comes in handy later in life. I would recommend minimizing the debt as much as possible. Either don't accept the full amount offered and take only what you really need, or else take it all and put a good chunk of it in a savings account. It's nice to have some spending money, but try to live sparingly and don't spend where you don't need to. That way, you can come out of college with a decent amount of money set aside which you can use either toward purchasing a home, getting yourself moved, or paying back a good chunk of those student loans. Debt's not the greatest thing, but loans can be a necessary evil. Honestly, though, they aren't really all that bad. You can even use them as leverage when working out a contract to convince your employer that you need better wages. whee
