Dusk couldnt refrain from pouting slightly when he only gave her a funny look "Aww... no look of pure terror. Damn" she said moving her free hand to snap in a rather down trodden way. However when halco suggested something of his own and moved to the couch she only blinked sllightly before he sat down with her in his lap, she didnt even notice her blush darken though she shifted a tad self consious before shaking her head at his last comment "Smooth.... you playboy" she called him rolling her eyes, any girl would be happy to hear that last part, but she assumed he knew that.

Halco chuckled "no, no look of pure terror for you, it take a lot more than that to get one out of me." he smiled lightly when her blush darkened, and when she called him a playboy he blinked a few times "what did i do, is the idea that i like being with you that much, really so hard to believe, just say the word and i can go, if you really dont want to be with me then you dont have to."

Dusk sighed slightly when he said that it would take more than that to get the look of horror she wished for, but she didnt much have the will at the moment. However when she noticed the confused expression cross his face she looked at him in disbelief. Quickly shaking her head when he suggested leaving "No. It's not that" she said quickly adding "I-i want you t-to be here" cursing herself mentally for that blasted embarassed stutter before shaking her head "Damn...just... wh-what you had said..." she trailed off "What you had said was just something.... that would make any girl happy" she mummbled, averting her gaze.

Halco smiled when she began to stutter watching as she looked away, and then with a chuckle "but dusk, i dont care what it would make any girl do, because your not just any girl." he lifted his hand to her chin, makeing her look at him "not to me."

Dusk blinked slightly as he went with another playboy move, saying that she wasnt just any girl to him, he was either just messing with her, or was comepletly unaware of what he was saying. Sighing softly in defeat she leaned in and placed a quick pek of a kiss on his lips "Well then let me ammend that. Whats you've said made me very happy" she admitted softly.

Halco smirked, knowing exactly what he was doing, but as much as he once thought it impossible, he truely ment every word, and just being here with her was makeing this rather enjoyable, he felt like he wanted nothing more than this. when she quickly peked him on the lips he blinked a few times then chuckled. "aslong as it makes you happy, then thats enough for me." and all at the same time he could and couldnt believe what he was saying, not because it wasnt true but because it was true.

Dusk couldnt fight a bit of a smile when she noticed him blink after the quick kiss, feeling a bit better knowing that she wasnt the only one getting suprised here and there. Hearing his comment she shook her head softly beforelightly resting her head against his shoulder "Knowingly or not you still sound like a playboy" she mummbled softly, though she wasnt complaining, hearing him say those things made her giddy, not that she would show it much in a normal way, which explained her sudden reasoning to rest her head against his shoulder, nuzzling his neck once for good measure.

Halco smiled lightly as she rested her head on him "if saying how i feel about you makes me sound like a playboy, then so be it, that just means i like sounding that way." he shuddered slightly as she nuzzled his neck, he turned his head just enough, and kissed her cheek.

Dusk smiled when he said that he was just telling her how he felt and then shook her head "Not that... but seeming to know exactly what to say to make me happy does" she said, however when she felt him shudder slightly she arched a brow. "hmm?" she murmured softly as he kissed her cheek, nuzzling his neck once more to see if she got the same reaction.

Halco smiled "well then i guess my feelings know how to make you happy, i'd call that a good thing wouldnt you." as she nuzzled his neck once more, he once again shuddered against his will, he figured thats what she was going for. "and you seem to know how to make me...yeah lets just go with happy, thats close enough." he laughed lightly.

Dusk smiled slightly and nodded "Well i would call that a rather lovely thing" she agreed softly though when she noticed him shudder once more she couldnt hide an obvious smirk, rather pleased with the reaction, letting out a light laugh at his comment, shaking her head softly. Though she had to acdmit watching him react like this was rather fun, she couldnt help but lean up to whisper in his ear "Mm-hmm... but it makes me wonder what else makes you... happy" she breathed before playfully nipping at his ear, in all truth this was just a bit of revenge for all the times he made he blush and teased her.

Halco smiled when she agreed with him. when she started to tease him he smirked, but when she breathed in his ear and niped at it, he sighed, turning his head slightly to whisper back "your such a tease, you tease me with this, but you dont want to play the whole game."

Frost was silent for a moment, letting his words sink in. It was nice to know that he loved her, even if she couldn't return that love. After awhile, she propped herself up on her elbow to look down at him with an amused smirk, "What makes you think I was worried?"

Charlotte awoke with a soft yawn that morning and after a quick shower that was rather nessisary after her previous night with marcus she left their room. She needed to have a talk to him about leaving without waking her, she hated waking to an empty bed. Sighing she shook her head and walked down stairs, noticing a familiar little redhead sitting at one of the couched. Perking up slightly at the sight of her daughter she smiled "Ello Dusk. How's it going?" she called as she reached the bottom of the stairs before she noticed her daughter was sitting on Halco's lap and the two appeared to be whispering back and forth. Blinking for a moment she couldnt fight a reflexive squeal of delight at the sight "Aww, thats mommas little girl. Go get 'im" she cheered before realizing she may be killing the mood. "Ummm... i'll be.... somewhere else" she said before quickly excusing herself to the kitchen.
Dusk smiled slightly when she heard the soft sigh, arching a brow when he called her a tease "Really? Because i haven't even started" she challenged lightly shifting in his lap to make her point "Though i must ask, what gave you the idea i wasnt up for the whole game?" she murmured, letting her lips graze the skin of his neck while she spoke. Though whatever playful transe she had been in snapped when she heard her mothers call. Closing her eyes her face suddenly turned bright red as she prayed for her mother to get the hint quick and just leave. Though she didnt, and when she did things only got worse. Burrying her face into Halco's shoulder she just wanted to disapear, what kind of comment was that anyway?! Go get i'm? She was successfully mortified, and whatever had kept up the teasing was gone, only a soft, embarassed "oh god" passed from her lips.

Halco's eyes widened, then his face lightened up with a smirked as she told him she was just getting started, when she shifted in his lap he sighed again with a chuckled "i dont know, it appears i was wrong, but in this situation, i dont mind that so much." after her mother had come and gone and dusk was well beyond embarased, he wraped his arm around her, placeing his hand on her opposeing shoulder, looking towards her face that was now well buried in his shoulder he chuckled "dusk, she's gone, dont feel embarased, we were being...us, yes maybe she was...a little bit much, but dont worry about that, i dont care, so why should you."
Cypher smiled as she proped her head up, and asked her question with that oh so familiar smirk on her face. "well my dear, i know because i know you, because i could hear it in your voice, i could hear it in the way that you asked me, i could see it on you, even from what little of you i could see, you cant hide these things from me, maybe from everyone else, but they dont love you like i do."
