He raged at his family, at his friends, at the world. But mostly, he just raged.

the first grudge movie was the first movie in a long time to actually scare me a long time after I saw the movie.
Something about it just got to me. One such thing was the inevitability of the grudge finding you and killing you. The fact that no matter what you did, where you went, it could find you and come for you. You couldn't stop it no matter what, you stepped in that house, you were dead meat, it was like a force of ******** nature.
Now in this movie I see that the original main character is still alive, something that should not be be the rules of the grudge, and the ending of the second movie. And I hear talk about stopping the grudge, when really, it shouldn't be able to be stop it. The whole idea of it being able to be stopped takes away from the fear factor of it.
They are ruining the idea behind the movie.
No, I'm going to go see Fearless thank you very much.

Find your cousin Step 2. Get your cousin in the cannon Step 3. Find another cousin

I found one I liked recently: "Eron would be a lot less of a hassel if he was just mortal.

Djnn The grudge did nothing for me... OOO The Butterfly Effect 2? I wonder if it will be any good. Its going straight to DVD... BxA: Its much more dramatic this way I thought the grudge was hilarious. I mean how can anyone find that scary? I went with my cousin who was grabbing my arm the whole night. She kept whinning and shying away from the screen. It was funny. I also thought the noises that the 'ghost' or whatever made was hilarious too. Nothing is funnier than an asian child in white paint chasing a blonde around a small house. ^_^ EDIT: Well, you know... I probably have been desensitized... or whatever that word is. Bleh. Life experiences will do that to you as well as watching hellraiser at age 6...

Life experiences will do that to you as well as watching hellraiser at age 6... well, it's not the kind of scary that makes you scream out. Those aren't the most sacry kinds anyway. This was the kind of film that had me looking over my shoulder for weeks afterwards, and let me tell you, I haven't been worried about being in the dark in years, for about a month after that film, I couldn't look down a dark stairwell (light at midnight with no lights on) without getting a shiver down my spine. No, not a shout and scream scary, just that lingering fear and uneasiness that is far worse after the film than during it. I mean, I watched saw II, and well...nothing. Hills have eyes? Actually thought it should have been a mystery science theater movie. Not much actually scares me, it's that stuff that actually can make me afraid of being int he dark, that's the strong stuff.

I haven't seen the first Grudge, but my friend did and she said that Grudge 2 opposed to Grudge wasn't really scary. A little odd, and it explains everything, but not scary. She was scared of the Grudge, but she says that The Ju-on is a lot more scarier.
And omg, someone in this freakin county is slacking. For that, I shall pelt them with packing peanuts...especially if the score isn't in the paper in the morning.

Yeah, it is always creepy when you are creeped out after the movie. I have just never really been creeped out by any movie in a long time, so I guess they have become funny. That in itself freaks me out.
