Why even bother giving help, aid, and advice when no one even bothers to follow it? And why do I even deal with being there for others when they turn their back on me when they really need to reach out to someone? I'm about to just give up on the human race here soon...

It'll get you further than if you lash right back at someone who said something as a joke or not meant to be offensive.

Things are never going to be the way you want if you take things way too seriously, not to mention if you go about saying you actually want something like that. Some of the members of this guild WILL laugh at you and mock you for posting something like that. :] A good suggestion is to just not worry about it, let things roll off your back, act maturely, try not to be a knowit all, and joke around, yet not try to badger people.
