Lin grew even more confused at Ambrose's words. She knew he wasn't crazy, so what in the world was going on?
"Ambrose, what are you talking about? I did not..."
She gasped and her eyes widened as a sudden realization hit her. "Oh my... Ambrose... you were not at the party Dym... Marcos and I held at MFHS. You do not know..."
Lin sighed and shook her head. "I apologize. I am not making much sense, I know this. I think it would be better to show you."
Lin grasped her pendant, closed her eyes, and concentrated.
Moments later, a portal opened up behind Ambrose and a lovely replica of the woman standing in front of him appeared behind Ambrose. When the replica saw the man's back, she gasped. What her duplicate had told her through the communication via the pendant had been true! Ambrose was here!
Alena grinned brightly and called out to Ambrose. "Ambrose, you made it! You came to Bai Ching!"

Geo was pleased to see people flowing into his classroom. He was even more pleased to see Ever directing them to where supplies were and everything. It made him feel hopeful for the next generation. He also seemed to be oblivious to the girls that were ogling him. He was... kind of naive that way.
"Excellent, most excellent!" he said with delight as he moved back over to his own easel and began working on more of his painting.

Ambrose blinked when he heard Lin's voice behind him, and turned, sure he was losing his mind when he saw Lin standing behind him, even while she was standing on the steps too.
"Ah...Yes, yes I did...What's going on, Lin? I don't understand." He said, his smile fading.

Finally having all of her supplies in hand, Ever walked over to the easel to the left hand side of the professor. She could see him if she leaned to the side of her easel, whereas she wouldn't be able to if she picked an easel directly in front of him. His easel would have blocked her view.
Ever started to set up her supplies.

Mitsuki10191 Ambrose blinked when he heard Lin's voice behind him, and turned, sure he was losing his mind when he saw Lin standing behind him, even while she was standing on the steps too. "Ah...Yes, yes I did...What's going on, Lin? I don't understand." He said, his smile fading.
Both 'Lin's' sighed and then Alena spoke. She gently put her hand on one of Ambrose's arms. "Ambrose, can we please go speak in the gardens here? They are much larger here than they are in MFHS, and we would have more privacy..."

There was still a few minutes before class officially started, and Geo was taking this time to finish up some things on his painting. He dipped his brush in the silver paint and made a subtle strip of it down the back of a gorgeous black wolf. The wolf itself was standing on a small cluster of rocks and was in the middle of stepping down from them, it's eyes aglow and it's mouth in a peaceful grin. It almost looked like it was ready to come alive and jump out of the paining.
There... finally finished... Geo thought, but eyed it a little. But something's..... missing, somehow...

Dymetri's eyebrows lifted at the news of Bai Ching becoming a co-ed school. Lin is going to want him to stay. Does he want to? Not so much.
But he did want to be with Lin.. s**t, what could he possibly say when she'll inevitably ask him, 'Dymetri, my love, when will you check into Bai Ching so we can study and look at flowers together?'
Instead of focusing on that for long, Dymetri retained what Lin said about there being many males that "desire to obtain an education from the finest magical school."
Dymetri made a small show of looking around suddenly and grinned. "You're right, Lin. I can't even count the number of males around here that want to be in Bai Ching."
The only male around them was Nikolaus.
Speaking of Nicky...
"So, for curiosity purposes, what do you plan on doing now that you could leave, hm?"

Automatically Ambrose reached over to brush a strand of hair back behind 'Lin's' ear, and as he did he caught the mell of water lilies in her hair, and his smile came naturally.
"Ah, yes, I'll speak with you. My Lin is the one who's hair smells of the water lilies in the faerie pond. We shall talk, and you will explain." He said firmly, but the grip he took on her arm as he linked it with his was a gentle one. He was, after all, a gentleman to the very end.

Lin looked between Ambrose and Alena and decided to step back a little bit and give them space. She didn't want to crowd them.
She walked back to Dymetri, casting one more glance back to Ambrose.
She looked up at Dymetri and listened to what he had to say. She noticed the expression on his face, though, when he started talking about Bai Ching being co-ed. She could read him well. He didn't like that idea. He probably didn't want to go through school again when he had already gone through it. Lin loved being in school and learning, but she hadn't been through all those years of education before, and not everyone was like her. Like Dymetri said, not everyone could love what she loved.
"You know, Dymetri... just because it's going co-ed doesn't mean that you have to enroll. You could still get a job instead if you want. I do know this area really well, so I could answer questions you have about it."
She smiled and picked up her suitcases. "But first, I am going to go put my stuff away in my room. I am anxious to go back to my room! I want to be back there again. I have missed it! I have given you directions on how to get there, Dymetri, so I will hopefully see you soon."
She smiled sweetly at him and then looked at Nikalous. "It was nice meeting you, Mr. Brandt."
Then, Lin began to climb the stairs to get to her room.

Alena smiled sweetly at Ambrose, her eyes glittering, and she began to lead Ambrose back out of the school. They walked down the entrance steps and went down the path a little bit. Then, they turned right and went near the greenhouse. Around the greenhouse and toward the back was a large sprawling garden. It was filled with flora and fauna that was native to this area. It smelled beautiful.
"We have a professor here who is half plant and half human. She takes excellent care of the gardens here. There is a large pond in the center as well."
As they started walking through the gardens, Alena moved her hand down and lightly grasped Ambrose's. She hoped he didn't mind. She kept her grip loose so that he could pull his hand away if he decided to.
"Ambrose... I do not know how to say this exactly... In common terms, I can be considered a clone of Lin's... But I am as much Lin as she is. The water pixies at MFHS created me from your orb of memories that you had me... Lin put in the pond. A tear of mine... hers fell in and they created me from that. I am exactly like her with just a few differences. One being who I like, who I am drawn to. But everything you have experienced with Lin in the past, you have experienced with me. There really is no original. I am an elf just like she is. I prefer to think of her as my sister, as does she. And... my name is Alena."

Ambrose blinked, stopped in his tracks, his eyes narrowing. But since harsh words threatened to spill from his lips, he kept them firmly shut, forced calm logic to replace the flash of red fury that he so very rarely indulged in releasing. Fury was his sister's weapon, not his.
"If I am to understand this correctly," He said softly, and for once his tone was unreadable. "You are not the Lin Yin who walked the halls of Mystic Fountain with me during those first few weeks, or the Lin who grieved with me at my sister's funeral. You're a clone."
He spoke slowly, making sure to keep his voice even.

Alena gasped softly and looked at Ambrose with wide eyes full of hurt. Did he not understand what she had said? Well, it was a very complicated matter and she had just told him...
"Ambrose... Ambrose, I AM her. That's what I'm trying to say. I was there. I am her. I felt your touch... I heard your heart beat against my chest when I held you. I smelled your scent."
She reached up and brushed her free hand along Ambrose's cheek. "I spoke those words to you. I know how much you want to defend your family. I know that you want to have a large family of your own soon. Being able to take care of your family is the most important thing to you. I know this because I was there, me."

Yuri stood up walking into the school. He made his way quietly up the stairs to the art room. Knocking on the door to the room before walking in. "Good morning sir, is there anything I can do for you today?" he asked politely.

Geo looked over at Yuri and smiled at him as he asked if there was anything he could to do help.
"Actually, yes. Would you mind getting out the oil paints and water-based paints? Set them on separate tables and make sure they're clearly labeled... we don't want any... mishaps with fumes..." he said, scratching the back of his head and chuckling a little.
