I just don't deal with last names. A lot of characters didn't have them anyway in the show.

Yeah, I only noticed that when I was making my own character.
Anyway, Pen, I like your Airbender. But now I feel bad since everyone else has a Tek Tek and I've got sketches.
So now I feel like I should go make a tek tek of her...I just don't know how...

Thanks Tique. I was planing on sketches. I just had no clue where to go lol So there will be drawings of Bik just I needed something to go off from. Other than my imagination which is too cluttered to explain.

Thanks Skotti...Though she is tanner and her hair is darker. Still that is pretty close. Maybe I should try...
Pen, I had no idea where to go for my character's outfit. I kinda stole it from a set of different styles I saw when I research what other art did for they're own water benders.
I'm sure there are people who did the same for Airbenders...I could see at least...

tique: I just took my best shot with it, yours looks way better. As far as outfits went, I watched a little ATLA and studied the various fire nation uniforms. Capes, Coats, Armor, Boots and black, red, and yellow, then just took those notes to tektek and see what happened.
Fire nation clothes are a tad decadent and flashy, it correlates with the attitude of the people and the element itself.
Earth Kingdom clothes are basic and efficient, just like the people and the element. most earth benders don't need shirts or even shoes (Like toph) even though most wear sandals to feel the earth, even army generals are running around with sandals on.
The air nomads clothes are bright and flowing, light fabrics, hardly any accessories, light shoes, makes sense don't it?
The Water tribe clothes are simple and beautiful. Blue and White being the main color scheme, the fabrics are soft and gentle, just like water right?
so anyway, that's my take on avatar clothes, do with it what you will.

Hmm...You know, Skotti, I feel your right. When I was doing research (my favorite words this week) on what my character's clothes should look like. I found that what you said is basically what I found and I hope created.
Though now that I have a clear description of Earth Kingdom clothes I think I can handle that. However Fire Nation clothes are tough for some reason...Very hard to sketch out.

I forget to mention this...but Skotti, I admire you. I tried to watch ATLA in order to understand more of the world along with food and clothing. Sadly I got to wrap up in the show! I failed! I paid more attention to Zu Zu's angsty problems then I did to researching...I totally failed. Despite (or maybe because of) my failure, I'm still in love with my word research so much that I couldn't help, but try and find a map that shows the most information. Pen, knows I have others...I think? But none match this one. The location for all those numbers is right here.
