Is that an actual halo/2 achievement? I can't remember XD

I am pretty sure it is a Halo Wars achievement, but I could be wrong. Isn't it for collecting all the black boxes, skirmishing on every map, and skirmishing with every leader or something? (Not sure, I've just been told this by someone.)
