Holiday lights are overrated. so few people have colored lights anymore. Its all that "raindrop" stuff, all white lights.
That's not decorating at all. And the holiday is designed to be with your family, not some picture for better homes and gardens.

We still have the colored Christma lights at our house. Funny thing about it is that Dad put them up two days before Christmas and we put our tree up on Christmas eve. That's what happens though when I am at college my dad waits until I get home so I can help with the tree.

My mother used to decorate trees as a part time job for rich folk. Doing likewise with ours.
Aside, if we have a Belldandy and a Skuld, we need an Urd.

Just read the entry for elves in the 4ed handbook that is up on wizards. (Have to be a member of the forums to read it.) And I have to say the elves are going to be fun to play as. Also more importantly there are no racial penalties to ability scores in the edition. So an elf now has +2 Dex, and +2 Wisdom.
