Cody looked back, watching Memo fall. He stopped but continued running when he saw the boy back up on his feet. "You're getting better at the whole "aura" thing, aren't you?" he asked, not really expecting an answer at a time like this. Uxie appeared in front of them, yet again. "Take this!" Cody shouted, throwing a basic pokeball at the legend. It wasn't going to catch it, but at least it would give them time to get away. The water in the lake was gone, but that didn't bother Cody. Gripping tighter to Memo's hand, he sprinted across the open air below them. Behind them, Cody could hear the pokeball shatter as Uxie broke free. "Memo, Uxie hates emotion! Whatever you're feleing right now, whether it be scared, excited, sad, whatever, show it. Show your true emotion to its full extent!" Cody shouted at him. It would be the only way to completely distract Uxie long enough for Weavile to get a critical blow in. Suddenly Uxie appeared again. The legendary had them trapped in the middle of an empty lake, standing on nothing but air. If Cody lost his concentration, they would both fall to the bottom.

The ground under them started to crack as Uxie's anger grew. "Keep it up Memo!" Cody shouted.
"Shut up!" Uxie shouted again at the boy. It screamed at the boy and charged at him. Weavile's timing was perfect. Just as Uxie was getting close, he stepped on Cody's head and launched himself at the pokemon with yet another Night Slash, sending the pokemon spiraling down to the bottom of the empty lake bed. The Dark Type threw itself at the downed Superpower, ready to strike again. Uxie managed to recover just in time to turn around and shoot a full force Signal Beam right in Weavile's face, sending it flying back up onto the land behind them. Cody held out a pokeball and returned the Dark Type. "It's been a while. You've done great," he praised the pokemon. Uxie slowly started to rise again, cackling in victory. "All I've got left is Feraligatr. You think we can do this Memo?"

Cody nodded. "Let's do this then. Feraligatr, DIVE BOMB!" The pokemon burst from his pokeball and tackled the rising Uxie. The two landed in a giant pile at the bottom of the lake. A loud roar of pain was heard from Feraligatr as Uxie attacked him with a close-quarters Electric attack. The Water Type held on tight to the legend as he bit down on the pokemon hard. Yet another cry of pain, this time from the Uxie. "Why you... GAH! Take this! There was a blinding flash of light and Feraligatr was sent flying across the lake bed into a rock that was protruding from the ground. The rock cracked and broke in half under the overwhelming force of the pokemon's impact. "The pokemon barely got back up. He was steaming mad. Summoning up the ground water, Feraligatr managed to create a giant wave. He roared as he controlled the wave, making it bigger, better, stronger. With one last roar, he put the rest of his energy into a final Surf attack, the wave immediately picking the Being of Knowledge up and slamming it into a dirt embankment. Cody took the only chance he had and threw the only colorball he had on his his person at the moment. It was his last pokeball. The sphere launched at the legend, hitting it on the head. A beam of rainbows engulfed the pokemon and brought it inside the ball. It dropped to the ground and shook once. The anticipation was killing him. It shook again. Almost there... It shook a third time and settled. A soft *bing* could be heard from their position. After all that, the pokemon was finally caught.

As Cody returned his fallen hero, the water in the lake started to come back. It slowly started reappearing until it was just as full and glistening as when they had first arrived. The lake had come to know peace once more thanks to he and Memo.

"Why ya thanking me? I couldn't have done it without you buddy," Cody smiled, proud of what they had both done. "Feel free to catch any water or ice pokemon allowed at your rank Memo." He couldn't stop smiling. He held the color ball up to his face and simply said, "Good fight."

Memo looked at Cody and smiled.
"Uhh hehe, thanks."
Memo then spotted a Smoochum outta the corner of his eye. Memo didnt wanna fight anymore. He let go of Codys hand and slowly walked over the water using his Aura powers. The Smoochum surprisingly walked up to Memo and stared him right in the face. She had just witnessed the events that preceeded.
"Smmoooo~"
She didnt wanna go down without a fight.

SOULJA VS SMOOCHUM

Memo realeased his Weedle and immediantly started the battle.
"Soulja, Poison Sting."
Memo said quietly. Soulja let loose a barrage of purple darts from his horn. Smoochum was hit hard and poisoned with the attack. But Smoochum retaliated with a strong Icy Wind nearly KO'ing Soulja, but the little Weedle held on tight. Smoochum was just as tired and now Memo saw his chance.
"Soulja, String Shot."
Memo was now readying an empty pokeball. Soulja let loose a parade of shiny sticky thread that engulfed the Smoochum. Memo threw the pokeball soon after Smoochum was immobilized. One, two, three.
"Hehehe, great job Soulja."
Memo withdrew Soulja as he praised him and lightly held onto Smoochums ball as it teleported away back to Hq. Memo looked at Cody from the other side of the lake and gave a smile with a thumbs up. Sceptiles ball was now in Memos pouch since Memo had to battle.

Cody watched the battle from the water. "Very nice," Cody told Memo, walking up to him. "What else do you want to do?"

*I walk back to the main room*
Me: That was slightly embarrassing.
