Send a Jedi strikeforce to the bridge of Darth Imperius' flagship while Angel is on some other ship.
Wait for Angel to betray Darth Imperius, then crush her while she reconsolidates her power.
Invite him to peace/surrender talks, then betray him and nuke the meeting. What? He'll never expect it; you're the good guys, you're not going to use treachery and or ruthlessly sacrificing the lives of your own men; that's his tool.
If all else fails, you can neutralize the droids by throwing wave after wave of your own men at them, then destroying them when their kill counters fill up.
Let them win. Then bury them in the bureacracy.
