Well three ideas
One he is trying to find out about my character to find a weakness or flaw to exploit in combat or something like that
two he is trying to be a brown noser hoping ill be nice to him because he has interest in my character
three he is genuinely interested in my character and wants to know more about him or something like that.
not that i suspect the worst from you kumo just saying thats three plausible ideas

btw blue whats the kazekage been up to anyways? He hasn't corrupted Etsushi and Shi so much that I can't turn them over to the dark side yet has he? XD jk but not really

Blue if you get that clan fine tuned and where its accepted i want to say that you must leave sand and rejoin the mist.
with you here we could wage a war against the other villages and win

Its basically a clan that allows you to counter any type of opponent you face, by switching you natural abilities via the mind (at least, thats how I interperet it)
