Sephiroth is one of my favorite FF villians.
I liked his attitude, and his cool, but violent look. he looked like a badass.
Kefka the clown that became Death? bleh.
that silver haired guy from ff11..bleh
Golbez from ff2 had a nice look.
now 12...the villian there is essentially sephiroth with shorter dark hair and better PR skills. but I did like the various characters and thier personal interactions.
Also:
Not a zelda fan. probably becuase he also suffers from 'Parn syndrome'. he's a small, elfin type..and the 'boss' he faces could, and should, easily wipe the floor with him. but no! lets give him the Triforce and the MasterSword that turns him into a super powered warrior of legend!
it's like pitting Darth Vader against Han Solo in single combat..and then giving Han a super powered Anti-Force power gun with a laser scope on it.

Sephiroth is a child and a pansy. Men with long hair as villains don't look bad a** enough.
I don't remember who Kefka is.
Guy from FF12 wasn't even worth it...I mean, I always level up my FF characters to their highest before going to the end boss...and this battle was too simple.
I suppose FF1 guy was alright. Took me two tries to beat him at least. Didn't like ff2, ff3 was fun on the DS, I'm playing four right now O I haven't seen him yet.
FF10 was okay, but fighting an orb is so anti-climactic. Think I had to keep poisoning him to kill him.
I still like Ultimecia the best. Even though I can kill her off in 20 minutes or less, depending on how many times I get to use Lionheart. Her forms are ridiculous, the music is awesome, and i think they tried to make her sound Russian, which is just hilarious.
Who was the ff9 guy?

Kuja. Frilly man skirt, and warped childhood creating a freak of nature that goes on a killing binge. Not the most impressive but in the end he really wasn't the big bad anyway.
I forget what that thing was called but its Grand Cross move pissed me off.

it was Chaos. just like the end guy in FF1, since 9 was a 'retro' ff to herald back to the first one.
Kefka was the guy from FF3, that had that ridiculous laugh and literally looked like a clown. the one that had the infamous 'you beat my shadow!' thing during I think the first 2 or three times you face him.
at the end when you do whoop his a** in his 'clown' form...he shows his 'true self' the Angel of Death.
I wasn't fond of 'ultimecia' it was way to much of a stretch for me. the bad guy is really a time traveling sorceress using previous sorceress's body through using someone's kid to conquer the past.
course I wasn't fond of the 'we all grew up together in an orphanage but I only remember because I don't use summons' thing either.
and the badass of sephiroth was in his sheer physical power and his control.
I mean really, the only time he seriously went bezerk was when he found how he was made and what he really was. after that he was very calm, collected, and meticulous.
and the CG of him in the flame, were you got to see the look on his face, that sealed it for me. that cold, calculating, Charles Manson gaze.
most the other FF villians, while many of them on the 'world dominion' idea...ramble on constantly about how things are going to be...they never want to get thier hands dirty. in FF2 golbez basically has you do the work for him. in FF3, Kefka acts as the empires court jester, waits till the empire has all but won, and then pushes the king of a balcony.
Kuja uses Bahamut/summons most of his time until the last battles.
Seph walks into Shinra, kills the CEO at his desk...and anyone in his way or anything in his way. he has no problem killing Aeris himself when her 'holy' materia might be a problem, when Cloud can't be puppeteered. heck the only time I remember he even tried to puppet cloud was then. the rest of the time he almost seems to enjoy the competition.

You know what? I've never played any of those games, RPGs never got my attention when I was a gamer, I don't do it anymore so I don't consider myself one anymore. I was more of a racing game kind of guy. That and a platform guy, the first game I played was Super Mario Bothers on the original NES, my older cousin had it and she would let us play it, it was the catridge that came with duck hunt on it.
The first system I ever owned was the SNES, played Super Mario World, Alladin (disney dork here!), Super Ghouls and Ghosts, which frankly was such a b***h to pass I threw out the window at one point.
I was also a massive arcade gamer, played all the MK version, Street Fighter, and Soul Caliber.
Anybody remember the Sega Saturn?

Yeah. calm and collected like a kid who doesn't even have to complain cause mommy gives him everything he wants. Say what you want about Seph, it wont change my opinion that he's a squealing child who's mother breast fed him till he was 12.
I plain don't like Seph. I hate him, his design, his long hair, his hype, and his appearance in Kingdom Hearts.
*shrugs* I kinda liked that they all had a past together. Would have liked it a bit better if they had played p the fact that Rinoa might be Laguna's daughter.
But wait...I don't remember that in FF3...and I just played it. Did the story change in the DS version? Cause I really don't remember anything about a court jester.

it probably did.
or it might be that what I call ff3 and what you think ff3 is are different. my ff3 has the one with the opera in it, and terra, and the espers that had thier own 'world' that you could travel to later on in the game when Terra was revealed as one or a hybrid of one.

Gees Jason, you had me scared and confused!
That's Final Fantasy 6! They didn't release 3, 4 and 5 here in America, and for some reason when they brought 6 over they called it 3. You really should be calling it six. since it was never three to begin with.

The only thing good about Sega was Sonic. And that's it.
And I don't care how ridiculous of a villian they make. Clowns are ******** scary.
