Nami was busy pulling the couch back from the other, forcing chakra into her already sore muscles as she worked quickly.
The sounds of someone whistling however caught her attention and she glanced over her shoulder to find Amae to be the source.

*Trying the crown he gets a decrease in flow, but the third eye he gets a fair amount of flow from there.*

"Maybe, maybe not." She laughed, sinking down onto the closest couch, pulling her chakra back within her body. "Reeve still busy at his dojo?" She questioned, putting her legs up on the table. It took a lot of effort not to wince .

She tried one more time, and it seemed rather easy to do this time. She started working on the whole 'move it around' part, but then realized she wasn't exactly sure what to do with it.
She she opted for the thing Nami had taught her and popped an orb from her hand and let it float there. It was much easier than it had been before... but this time it was purple. She was a bit confused by this, and her confusion was easily visible on her face.

Noticing the look on her face, Tutsumi smiled slightly and nodded.
"Different colored energy comes from different places. Seems that your best one is the third eye so let's move with that, shall we? Now, instead of expelling it, stop and place both hands together so the energy can flow from both hands into each other so you don't lose energy, What you're doing right now is making you lose energy.
Once you've done that, focus and try to send that energy through every vein and muscle in your body, even your brain. You might get a bit dizzy but it shouldn't last long."
