Darlaa: My time keeps getting more and more limited as time passes so in the past couple of years the shop and my waiting list has just kept gaining rules and processes in the hopes of saving me some time. I understand that I probably have the most pain in the butt shop on the entire site from a customer's point of view but I can't leave a list perpetually open in order to ensure that everyone can place an order whenever they're online. Sooner or later a customer would end up with a one year wait time for an edit.

Having a waiting list for open spots would basically be like having an unlimited number of open spots. And with that system, we're back to the problem of too many orders and not enough time.

My newest waiting list set-up basically relies on a customer being 1) lucky and 2) in the guild often. If this doesn't seem to work out any better than any of my older waiting list set-ups I'll probably try to figure out something else. Again. XD I change my waiting list set-up every few months in my perpetual quest for customer satisfaction. Well, we'll see how it goes. ^^

Miri: I'm not giving priority to shop credit cash-ins. There's a metric buttload of shop credit out there though and it makes me a touch nervous, but all I've done is decide not to take bribe-orders as easily as I have in the past until most of the shop credit has been honored. ^^
