If you do it right, I believe so... basically gives you constant practice at describing things... its like running a web comic improves your art skills... or playing sports increases your sports skills...

Urim Park Ahh, does RPing raise my skill in writing? XD If the GM gives you the XP, you can put it in your writing skill instead of say- your thrown weapons skill.
