England.. Well, West Yorkshire definatly, has really strong winds at the moment. I was chased down the street by a wheelie bin, earlier. ._.;

Wouldn't that stop since the front would hit the ground and cause friction and other elements to just throw it forward and hit the ground instead of moving...towards you?

Oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh. I see, a wheelie TRASHCAN. That makes more sense...
And that doesn't really say what kind of snow it is, but that's a lot! Packing snow is the best since it went and sticks to everything. Powder's not good for much.

Hell no. The winds were really strong this morning.. Tree's uprooted and everything. And wheelie bins are like projectile missiles. ;-;

Those things have a tendency to keep upright as they move along...and seek out unsuspecting people...
