That sounds interesting. I'm gonna have to investigate that movie.
The movies that really intrigue me at this point in time are:
Saw III
The Prestige
The Departed
All look really awesome for their own reasons. The Prestige looks awesome cause it's got Hugh Jackman AND Christian Bale. The latter is a hell of an actor. And The Departed just looks like a badass movie.

the villian in saw just pissedme off. Why? Because what he did and what he said he did and why he said he did it were entirely different things.
Except for like a few times, he was never testing their will to live, he was testing their intelligence, though first he drugged them and them slowly pumped them full of a nuro-toxin that inhibited thought and created delusions....then he tested their intelligence. He basically set them up to failbut left room for him to claimhe gave them a fair chance to let him live out and fullfil his god complex that he has to satisfy to keep living.
I would have beat the s**t out of that delusional nuthead too.

wow, I am just a dork. lol. Anyone care to guess what my favorite kind of movies are? lol
I was never a fan of the saw movies...even though I thought that the first one was godo (i never saw teh second), I dun think I can ever watch them again. I watched the first one alone, at 1 o'clock in the morning in a house that wasn't mine while I was house sitting. Needless to say, I slept with all the lights on in the house, and let the dog's sleep with me that night. heh.

I've finally caved and will see Saw with Reaver.. but I cannot promise I will like it being that horror of any time makes me squeemish...

Tidbit about the Transformers movie. The VA's that did the voices for Megatron and Optimus Prime for the old cartoon are doing the voices for them in the movie. THAT'S BEYOND SICK!! I didn't know AvP 2 was coming out next year....awesome. Looking forwards to actually seeing a PredAlien in the movies. I know they have them in the AvP games, but...seeing it on the big screen will make me wet myself in glee. RE: Extinction looks awesome, as they're bringing in Clair Redfield, which will be awesome. Beowulf will be good. Another comic to film translation that's coming out next year is 300. That looks ******** excellent. Ghost Rider...that's just too awesome. and the Bourne Ultimatum. I'm just catching up on those. Watched Identity a few weeks ago, and I think I just got Supremacy in the mail today via Netflix. So, I'll be all caught up on those now, which is awesome.

Happy Feet...hel, im going to take my boyfriend to see that one. lol. I'll go see it by mysef if I have to. lol. i love little penguins...especially tap-dancing penguins. hehe
As far as James Bond goes, i want to go see it for the fact that it is James Bond, but I'm not sure i like that they are maing him blonde...Even though the actor chosen is still quite good to look at. x3
I also forgot that Shrek 3 is coming out...yay! hehe
Oh, and in January, a movie is coming out called Alpha Dog. I met one of teh actors who is gonna be in it. So i guess i have to go see it...even though he was drunk and hitting on my roommate....i can say I know an actor! >>'

I thank the Powers That Be that Beowulf comes into film after I graduate. My Senior English teach would have dragged the class of 12 to go see it. *shudders* Cool comic book though, just bad class interpretation.

With Ms ET, it would mean five pages of the meaning, accuracy, and character development on the film versus the book. We'd only miss two hours of class, so it's not worth it. Especially when you've got a bunch of ignorant pricks in class who just want to cut up and get everyone in trouble.
