"I slept like the dead, almost thought I was until I woke next to you. That one moment or realisation was a brilliant one. I had finaly done what i had been wanting to do for a long time." he said, letting down his barriers and speaking his mind. He held her close to him.

"He isn't in the mansion... not yet but he will arrive soon. Maybe not today but quite possibly. He is a force to be reconed with and it scares me that he has survived this long." Neferata wanted to be more comforting that that but the truth would serve her better. "It is pointless hiding out here or in your room. The crypt has more than adiquite... defences to hold back some of his minions, the ones of flesh."

"He is here to take revenge on those who destroyed his clan. It was Shadow's campain that brough the Strigoi to their knee's and erased their clan from power. I was by Shadows side the whole time, using my powers to keep his forces alive. He seeks to kill us and anyone who gets in the way but he wants you for a differant reason..." Neferata paused there not wanting to even consider why he wanted Valaryia.
"Let us move to the crypt for now. Shadow will think of something. You won't need anything, there is enough blood down there to keep us alive for a while and the wards are good." Neferata stood and walked to the back door. "Come onm I don't want you to get caught up in this."

"Wait!" Valaryia said. Tensing herself tremendulously, she moved her hands in all sort of crazy movements, as if she was playing with water, moving it this way and that. A tiny musicbox crept its way to her in midair, until it reached her hands. She sighed as the relief washed over her. "I just needed this musicbox," she said. "My father gave it to me before he died." Her eyes watered, but not for her father.

She ran to catch up with Neferata, one hand holding the musicbox, the other hand taking Neferata's hand. "Alright," she said faintly. "Let's go." She figured she'd ask more questions later. All she cared about right now is that she'd be safe. She worried slightly for Emilie, but not too greatly, seeing as, from what Neferata said, he only wanted those who had done him wrong. Valaryia kissed Neferata's forehead and walked with her to the crypt.

((I have to get off for today... see reason #4. I'll be on briefly tomorrow because I have to work.))

Abel headed up the grand oak stairs and headed to the west wing. It all seemed too familiar the hall after hall of doors. He felt the other vampires sense his presence. He caught a few looking from their open doors at him as he made his way to his room. Stopping in front of an oak door he turned the brass nob to his room. He chuckled lightly as he stood in the frame. It hadn't changed one bit. He began to think he'd like it here again. Maybe limit his excursions to a few days only. A servant came to take his scythe to the weapon storage. "No. But here take these." he answered handing him his concealed knifes. He took a seat on the bed and looked around. He defiantly liked it here.

"The dead walk this night." he said as he looked around. A wandering spirit or maybe a wraith he concluded. A scout possibly or somehting else. "It is part of what I forgot to tell you last night. One thing with Rose and the other was partly to do with what I felt go past me right now."

"A wandering spirit or a wraith walks these halls. A scout for a larger army or it's just lost but I'm voting for part of the larger army." he said as his hand dropped to the hilt of his sword. It would not damage an ethereal being but it made him feel better. "There is an old enemy of mine comming here. He wants to take revenge for the fall of his clan." he explained.

Rajin was about to head back inside the mansion when she saw two people enter the crypt. "Hm.. that's odd, why would they be going in there? Are they playing hide and seek?" She wondered, laughing to herself. She stopped and looked up in exasperation, "I'bve got to stop telling myself jokes, and then laughing at them....." The little fire demon popped into exsistence on her head, "How about i tell the jokes he asked." Rajin sighed, "Who asked you to come out? And no, your humor is worse thatn a zombie's." Rajin still wondered why there were people in the crypt.
Rajin headed back inside trying to find someone to ask.
