AnqeIicDemise A little stressed. -She confessed, allowing her small form to take residence on a stool next to Taryn's figure. - The Hyde isn't very well financially, but I've come up with a plan.... -Her voice trailed off then. She hadn't come into the room to talk about her own problems, but those that was definately hindering a relationship. And wether the vampires liked them or not, they'd become a part of Mimi's family. She hated to see them so..off..hurt. Are you okay? No, that wasn't going to work. I heard about what happened... No, not that either...Mimi didn't want to make it seem like Duellist would rather confide in her than Taryn. It wasn't the case.- Do you want to talk? -Yes, that was much, much better.- Taryn nodded, softly. She stired her blood for a few moments, and then sighed. "I don't know... he seems... distracted. And he's not telling me what's wrong." She looked down a bit. "I wish I knew what was going on."

"I wish I knew what was going on." Maybe he is simply afraid of hurting you. -She said quietly, leaning over the counter as to pull a few napkins, which she proceeded to hand Taryn.- He almost did once... -At the last bit, she cringed inwardly. Mimi had not meant to say that out loud, at least not yet. -

Duellist Taryn pause, and looked downwards. Then she looked back up. "Did he speak to you?" She asked, almost steelily. "What'd he say?" -Mimi lowered her gaze, quietly studying the palms of her hand as she thought up of a way to devulge what Duellist had uttered in confidence days past. In a way she viewed Taryn as her eldest sister, Seya. Gorgeous, sensual and with a touch of steel beneath the soft exterior that itched to come out at the least provocation. The young feline had already suffered at Seya's claws once and it took only that one time to learn the lesson. She did not want to make the same mistake twice.- He mentioned that which he is too afraid or embarassed to tell you himself... -Clasping her hands, her gaze was lifted, the lavender orbs locking themselves upon Taryn's cerulian gaze.- The man adores you, Taryn...that much is simply obvious. If it were up to him, he'd take all the pain he's caused you and inflict it upon himself. He feels guilty over what he's done-- and I mean not only about what happened with Bertram either

Taryn looked down, depressed. "You know something... he told you something, and he didn't tell it to me..." The vampiress looked like she was growing more depressed by the moment. "I know he feels guilty about Bertram... but what else is eating him?"
She looked Mimi in the eye, desperately. "Please... if you know something, anything... I love him, and I don't want to lose him over something stupid..."

Ah, and finally Hakan, the self proclaimed strongest in the world, showed his face finally. Stepping along those large pants he wore, draggong on the floor all around him, pooling below him much like liquid. Amazingly, he didn't wore him like a thug, nor did he stumble on them clumsily. Instead, he moved with such grace that while the jean like material of the black, nearly skirt like pants, swished like the wind.
The black fitted to shirt pulled down so that it covered his belt which held the pants up, showed his muscles very well. He wasn't bulky, his arms weren't that of a person who was a gym fanatic, but.. They also showed that he was most definetly not lazy. Instead of lifting weights, he made his body lean via martial arts, although few weights were involved.
He had not a weapon on him, alas.. As if he were the top dog of Jekyll de Hyde, his aura seemed out of control, although that was not the case. This was the part the second spirit inside of him loved. His arrogance, that attitude which made not only himself, but others about him feel so sure that.. He was almost invincable.
His wings were not yet shown, however they made them selves known through the shadow which glided behind him. As if it were a dark smoke, the shadows danced about him. Not only his own, but those around the young demon. amazingly he'd managed to calm his hair, and make it less frizzy. It wasn't sticking up as bad as it usually might, instead the thick locks of twilight swished and danced in the soft breeze which blew through the door.
Hakan was back to his usual self, it seemed. He was.. Nirmal when he was around his beloved Ky-chan. Or was that abnormal for him?Much like war paint, there was a beautiful layer of black lipstick across his lips which shined glossily under the lights of the lobby, those black lips of his were sadistically curved into a smirk. Make no mistake, Hakan was in no dark mood, instead.. He was excited. Along with lipstick, there was another hint of make-up which was elegantly painted on his face. Eye liner which beautifully brought out the slants of his eyes. "I'm back.." that voice would ring out, trying to call Duellist's attention. That deep, but still developing voice echoing through the quiet walls of the hotel.

"I know he feels guilty about Bertram... but what else is eating him?" She looked Mimi in the eye, desperately. "Please... if you know something, anything... I do know, however that what you two have is the closest, if not it, to love that I have ever noticed. And sometimes.. -She said quietly, lowering her gaze to those delicate, long fingertips that adorned her palms.- Its really difficult, if not impossible, to let a person we care about know what we trully feel. Especially when they're as stubborn and closed off as Duellist. He's....one of those men that spend their whole lives feeling things and suppressing them because they don't know how to vocalize what they feel. The only emotions they can express with ease are anger, frustration and hatred... -How did she know? Simply because that's all her pride ver did. The lighter emotions were always supressed... 'twas a sign of weakness according to the elders.- Love, I am sure is something new to him. He feels miserable for having even *thought* of striking you-- Bertram, I am sure has been one of the few, if only friends he's had for a long time.. having hit him is something that bothers him too. These are things that....-Mimi sighed, looking away, her ear twitching a bit.- Taryn, he's an assassin, for Bast's sake...being in touch with one's feelings is something that assassins simply don't do. It hinders their ability to do their job successfully; it adds shades of grey to things that should be black and white....and right now, he's in a world full of grey. Right now, you have become his biggest concern....He blames himself for having put you in that position, to have pulled you into the world that he believes brings only misery....am I making any sense? -To have rambled on like that was not something the girl had intended...but for a moment there, she'd been talking about her brother for he was the closest thing Mimi could compare Duellist to at the moment.-

He was too afraid to tell you this and asked me to do it for him but I do not know what else to say. -She smiled gently, patting the vampiress' hand for a second.- Perhaps.. you should take that first step. -With that said, Mimi turned around to leave. She had a headache all of a sudden and wanted to rest. It just felt weird, suddenly, to have spent so much of her waking hours without Hakan at her side. Mimi could only wonder what he was up to. She was about to enter the lobby when she heard his voice and stopped. Something was a bit off... the arrogance, perhaps? For a moment the girl was afraid, then again, could anyone blame her? The associations with that tone of voice were not pretty!-

(( time to save that.. -grumbles, shaking fist at the annoying pregnant bysh that called her and wouldn't shut up-)) -She'd been staring out at the lobby's broken doors and straight at Hakan when Taryn's sudden onslought of words got her attention. Perhaps it was a good thing too, all things considered.- Medal? -Mimi turned around then, a slight frown on her face.- No, he didn't show me any medal...but he hasn't been thinking so much about the way that he was before death, but more of the person he became upon rebirth... does it make sense? -Yes, she felt compelled to ask the question after having babbled on so much. Why? Because at times Mimi herself got lost in the tangents. Without further words she got closer to the woman.-

The associations with that tone of voice were not pretty!- No Duellist. Hakan couldn't help but put a pouty expression on his face, not yet noticing Mimi, rather.. His beloved Ky-chan. Looking around slowly, he rubbed the back of his head slowly. Twisting his body, as well as his head to look behind him at the door. Still no Duellist. With each movement his hips would give a lazy sway, poor Hakan.. He seemed bored! Alas, yes.. Ky-chan had a very good point. when he was acting in such a manner, Hakan was usually either in a seductive mood, or an angry. Luckilly for Mimi, it was neither! Giving a less than satisfyed sigh, he would turn around again, folding his arms over his chest. By now, with Hakan's bored movements, the cotton shirt he wore had become bunched up, and was by now revealing that flat tummy of his. Finally, he would catch sight of Mimi! Back into his creepily gorgeous groove, he would simply give a smile, those full black coated, glossy lips twisting beautifully, and walk over in her direction. "Hello~"

Duellist ((Good... *Tomb Raider Theme starts to play*)) "You ready to prove yourself yet?" The vampire asked, idly picking his teeth. "There's treasure to find, and monsters to slay..." ~~ Taryn nodded, and faded out thoughtfully. Her eyes had started to brighten up, as if she was planning to take action when she got home... "Where?" Hakan would first ask. It was a bit of important information he needed, after all! If he knew where, exactly, these beasts were, he could ready himself for battle. For example, if these beasts were underground, they were prone to be weakened by elements such as fire or light, and so.. Hakan would be able to base his attacks on fire jutsu easily, given the chance to prepare himself correctly. If not, well.. He'd manage. Nothing to worry about!
