The man ran for ahwile and did not hear those damn footsteps behind him. He slowed his pace a bit seeing he could relax now and he ad a bit of a cramp. He still moved at a fast walk as there was no guarantee the follower was dead, but fire usually did the job right. He walked by a plant that had small flowers just barely beginning to bloom,

Well no one can deny that all forms of life hold majesty . . .

He kept walking by with a sinister smile, without looking pointed at the blosoming bush and it caught aflame quickly and brashly,

. . .But it's just so much more beautiful when it burns.

Rush made it in the building fairly unscathed and looked at his options that lay before him. He really would prefer to leave this incident without a crippling third degree burn. The distance to the top was concievably in jumping range, but it was a tough call. There had to be an alternative way up. He let out a hurried "Don't worry! Im comming!" He wanted to make good on that promise so he looked at a nearby hole in the celing. It would be a tight sqeeze, but he could get through it if he could get up there. There was an adjacent wall that looked stable enough. He smiled and took out a handful of senbon. The lengthy needle should stick in the wall and support his weight if it were for only a brief second. He threw them at the wall in an upward diagonal manner so it made a custom stairwell to the small colapsed floor above.

Raisuke would huff in annoyance now. Wasn't the next band going to be up soon? He was starting to get quite tired of waiting. And now his damn ear hurt. There had to be the final band coming up soon. He was ready to unleash his fury on some of the people that would try to sneak onto the floor. The rage that he wanted to unleash on Giglamesh. But he knew he had to unleash it on someone that would kick the holy s**t out of him for trying. Well it shouldn't be long now. It was the wait that was a killer..

Shadow let the fire surround him and consume him. He grinned as it burned away at his cloths and flesh. Why was he smiling? Well he was thinking of matters of opinion. Most people would think it was crazy to get hit head on by a fire ball. Most people would say that it was an intense attack on the body and would put them behind. However to Shadow it was the reason he was going to win this fight. While some would call it a giant burning fireball, he would call it a chance to hide. In the fire he closed his body to the ground and became hidden, only grinning to himself as he Shunshined partly ahead of the man. Now it was only a matter of time. He waited for a moment, making sure to keep himself hidden. This way the man would still think that he was in the fireball, burning alive. But sorry for the man, this fight was already over.

[[So in other words you can't just hide out in the open. So i'm using the fireball to gain concealment so i can hide, then using Shunshin to teleport within melee range. So that's three attack turns. 1 Hide, 1 movement with Shunshin, 1 move silently. My level allows four, i'm saving my fourth ]]
[[Hide: 65, Move Silently: 65 ]]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
[[Alright, so the needle would only hold you up for a brief second, so imma say reflex save of 30, to move quick enough and vault before the needle gives way. If you make the reflex save then you can jump high enough to climb through the hole in the ceiling. If not you'll need a climb of DC: 25 ]]

The man kept looking behind him to verify that the stalker child wasn't doing so any longer. As far as he could tell nothing was there or near. Just him and opprotunity. Speaking of which what should he burn next. There were so many possibilities. He pulled out his horn-rimmed glasses and a map of the near by area.

"Hmmm . . .There's a hospital and a school. Right next to each other? They make things much to easy. . . "

Rush ran at the makeshift stairs and quikly hopped from one senbon to the next. His foot hit each one delicately and left before it could slide and fall from its holding under his weight. He almost lost it a few times due to the tension and heat but before gravity could beat him, he lunged and clung to the small opening to the next floor. He pulled himself up, hoping the floor would not break or anything and looked around for the distressed.

First two rolls, against hide/move silently
Third roll Rush's reflex save +19
EDIT:Man failed both his obviously, Rush beat his.

Shadow moved through the alleyways and back corridors, stalking the man patiently. He patted the small ember that hadn't quite gone out yet on his shoulder. He slowly drew his ninja-to and waited for the strike. As the man plotted out his dark plan Shadow rushed in. Quick as a fox, silent as a spirit. As he got close he smirked, simply slashing at the man. It was a running slash at his poor unprotected kidney. However instead of doing what most would do and continuing all his strikes, he kept running by and went back into the alleys, quickly hiding himself before he could get spotted and blasted with another blast. Probably a more powerful blast at that. he had to end this in silence, without the man even knowing he was the assailant.
(( Movement, Sneak Attack, Movement, Hide. That's how i'm using my four attack turns. ))
((1st roll attack, 2nd move silently, 3rd hide ))
((Since my attack isn't till my second action, i don't get my usual bonus. Instead i only get a +35.
Move Silently: 65
Hide: 65 ))

Rush had successfully made it up the stairs, and found himself face to face with what was a man running around on fire. The man was screaming and running ablaze, it was obvious that he was much to panicked to do the whole stop drop and roll maneuver. This man was most obviously going to be injured, it was up to Rush to try and preserve this panicked life. This place was a burnt apartment building, he had everything he could get in a normal apartment to use as tools.

((Use your imagination how to save the burning man! ))

((It's disheartening when you do your normal damage with a sneak attack... ))

As Shadow ran past the man, his cut was swift, elegant, and smooth. He drew one swift line across the mans back before disappearing a second later. As he looked back he frowned to see although the blow was well placed, it wasn't delivered in the most beautiful manner. He sighed as he ducked behind another building. He looked at his blade, it was semi bloodied. Damnit, with a perfect blow his sword wouldn't have had a drop of red on it. The next strike to that horn rimmed b*****d would be better. He promised.

The man in all his splendor was abruptly interupted by a painful slash on his back. It was quite excruciating, but where the hell did it come from! He looked around hurridly for where it came from, but there was no one existed! How did that work. He ripped off his glasses throwing them to the ground as well as loosened his tie. Making the handseal close to his mouth, he inhaled and exhaled extremely deeply, his stomach glowed feintly, indicating a flame burned in his belly and he was prepared to release it as a massive storm. He steadily lost his composure as he screamed out at the mystery assailant,

"You know nothing of flame!!! The might of fire does not hide. It burns in the open, for all to see! It fears no one and stands its ground! It moves with the great speed and assaults all, caring not for right or wrong! It cares only for everything to burn! Its only fair!"

It's starting again...

Truth to be told, it miffed Shin. He would've preferred if they could start a little later...at least when he had finished with his article. He eyed the newspaper, a bit longingly. What a shame... It was getting to the good part too. A small smile played on his lips. Would've been interesting, though...all this secrecy surrounding the Second Exam...which the Students were due to participate in the next day. Shin found himself briefly wondering how hard was the first day's Written Exams...but then pressed the thought aside. Hidden Villages had a tendency to make the Written Exams so ridiculously easy. That, however, does contribute to the problem of civilians assuming shinobi being all muscle and no brain...

A line was forming at his gate again. Shin lazily eyed the line of people and demanded to see their tickets. The ones who he passed, after checking to make sure their tickets were correct, he handed them one of those ugly orange wristbands, before waving them off past his gate...

Shin sweatdropped. The hell... He could've sworn the crowd just doubled in length. But, he assumed it was to be expected...after all, there had just been a long intermission and the crowd was probably excited to see the stage bustling again. Not that the Fubuki prince would understand why...or what on earth was so great about this horrible genre of music. Sighing, Shinratsu waved in several more people, after checking their tickets and granting them wristbands.

The first song ended and the music began again... Shinratsu's opinion of this band...was flat. But at least there was no screaming. There was nothing special about the singers but he could actually comprehend their words...a first. Spend your time well before you go, hn...? A small smirk crossed his lips. Heh.

Bringing his attention back to duty... "Hold it." Shinratsu snapped, blocking the door with his thin frame. His steely blue eyes narrowed at the woman before him. What did this vixen take him for? There was something clearly wrong about her demeanor that had caught his attention. A certain movement in body language...as if she was hiding something, or was hoping something would not be noticed. "Let me see that ticket." He demanded.

The woman suppressed a flinch - that much was clear - but her expression turned scornful as she eyed the young boy. Clearly, this woman did not know that she was facing a shinobi child but had misconstrued that perhaps this place had gone nuts and was hiring little boys as security guards... The condescending tone...would certainly be something Shinratsu was unused to: "And where is the security guard?"

Shinratsu frowned, carefully considering whether this woman was toying with him or not. "I am the security here." He said simply. Not bothering with asking twice, Shinratsu merely snatched the ticket from her hands. To the untrained eye, it would seemed as if the ticket was in her hands for one moment and in the next, was held deftly between two gauntleted fingers. A long, uncomfortable moment passed despite the music in the background... Shinratsu's sharp eyes scanned the ticket carefully.

"Miss, I cannot let you in. This is clearly a forgery."

"And why would a brat like-!"

He did not listen to her protest, or even bothered elaborating how one tiny section of the forgery was done all wrong... At a overall glance, it would seem to be an authentic ticket...may even had gone through at a briefer scrutiny. But Shinratsu was certain... The barcode, no matter the variating middle lines, always started with a thick bar and ended with a thin one.

"Leave." He snapped. As he spoke, he removed his left gauntlet. "Leave, before I resort to force." He wasn't planning to actually use his kekkai genkai on a civilian but to intimidate her, Shinratsu brushed his fingers against the frame of the door. It froze, the frost slowly spreading the longer his hand remained in contact with the doorframe...

There was no longer a need for a second warning...the woman back off, looking clearly horrified and ran.

When she was gone, Shinratsu 'harumphed'. How troublesome... He thought. Perhaps it wasn't a very wise idea... He mused, eyeing his left hand. But he didn't feel verbal arguments was necessary...or at least, the strength needed to be placed into them. When that energy could go into much better things. Shaking his head, he replaced back his gauntlet.

So what now? Apparently, the second band was still up... But strange. Was it just him, or does he not sense any great applause from the audience? Generally, they would be so rowdy by now... Shaking the disturbing thought aside, Shinratsu returned his concentration to his work. The distant lyrics of the music floated into his ear... Love? He scoffed. Such a useless thing... But...

You’re too old enough to cry your sorry eyes out... He wondered, briefly...assuming she was still alive, would that girl be crying over him still, now...? A small smile crossed his face. Nah. She was fragile, but she was also strong. Something warm pressed in his chest...a distant dream...red feathers... Somehow...he thinks...no, he knows she'll be all right.

This was becoming rather repetitive... "Stop. Where is your wristband?" Cold eyes fell on the next person in line...who was trying to sneak past him while he was listening to the music. The young man who Shinratsu was interrogating stammered some words (apparently having seen his treatment of that woman earlier) but Shinratsu was not in the mood to listen to excuses. Something feral must've been written in his expression as then, giving up on trying to explain himself, the freeloader fled.

Boring... Well, at least they didn't make too much of a commotion. Shinratsu turned his attention to the line once more...it seemed to have gotten longer again... Was there perhaps something special about the next band that they wanted to see? Couldn't be this band they were clamoring for as inside...Shinratsu can't hear any cheering. If at all, the young Fubuki would've sworn there were scornful mutterings instead... But whatever. The prosperity of this place was not of his concern. All he cared was that they get this mission over with so he could go and get some sleep.

Shinratsu ignored the wince of pain from one of his customers, as he had accidentally snapped the wristband cleanly in between a young woman's fake nails instead of where it should've went. Pfft. Not his fault that she chose to dress like a siren. Plus, those nails can't even come of any good use. What was the point in wearing hamperments, again?
