I don't think it looks pants, I think it looks... Revolutionary. I'm going to wait til I've used it before I make a proper judgement. It'll be good for FPS', or so I've heard.

My God, the kiddies in the AMC are whiney little bitches when it comes to dubbed series.
"Wah wah, the voice doesn't suit the character" "Wah wah, they editted out the kiss" "Wah wah, Naruto sounds like a little kid" (******** duh, a 12 year old boy doesn't sound like an aeroplane)
I wish AMC would just... Explode. Or something.

Dubbing does suck though... I wouldn't know about Anime-series because I don't watch them. I think dubbing animated films is less horrifying than life-action films.

Well yeah, I'd agree with that. Although life-action series dubbed are most funny. On our ICT trip we watched Harry Potter in French. Didn't understand a word of it, so we made up what they were saying. cool

Tsukasa Elric Well yeah, I'd agree with that. Although life-action series dubbed are most funny. On our ICT trip we watched Harry Potter in French. Didn't understand a word of it, so we made up what they were saying. cool My friends did that in a cinema...and promptly were holding themselves with laughter (sadly pissed off everyone else...). They said the best part was making up that part in HPIII when Potter and Sirus were on the bridge. And live-action is hilarious! And sadly dubbed anime is rather good. I prefer it when they do subs.

I prefer subs too, but if the dubbing is good and the subs distract from the visuals I don't mind them.

Hola Everyone!
I can see the Revolution being a bit gimmicky to be honest.
Also: Dubbing is rarley good so I'm a subs person by default.

*does a little dance & rolls a little dice confused
Have you seen the tv spots for Howl's Moving Castle?
*quivers mildly at the peril

holiday was good thanks
Hot & Windy, met some new people & didn't capsize any boats whee
Beer prices have gone up a lot since last year though.
Probably for the best since I've been abusing my liver a bit too much recently.
So how was your summer then?

Ok, I had to retake exams though, as always! I hate exams. I was in Bournemouth all of the summer, which was nice, having the sea so close and stuff. Went to a beach rave which was cool. I've been home for 3 days, and I'm so bored. I neeeeed to get to London.
Incidentally, I'm more than likely going to be going to Fabric on 1st Oct and probably Fabric live in the couple of weeks after that.

Oh well, any ideas how well you did in your exams this time around?
London isn't going anywhere so I'm sure you'll make it. If memory serves you're a lot closer than you were.
Will have to check on the Fabric dates, am more likely to do Live than the Saturday on music grounds.
Be good to see you any way, especialy since you couldn't make the meet.

Better, I understood the theory and actually managed some coding in the programming exam. I'll get my results sometime in the next week probably. Missing the meet was due to retakes. sad
I am closer now yes, but not in terms of finance!
Yes, I'm more of a Fabric Live person too. I have a mate who wants to go on the 1st though.
