ReaverOfSouls Is anyone else as sad as I am that the Mortal Kombat franchise might possibly have released it's final game ever? I've been playing those since I was 12 years old...man. It's almost like the whole Street Fighter thing. Been playing that forever as well. Next thing we know, there won't be anymore Mario games. (Yea. Right.) Hell will freeze over before Mario dies... I will miss MK. I always loved dieing on purpose in hope of the rare glimpse of a fatality, that I never could master.

Well, they say that Armageddon is going to be the last for the current-gen, but....in all honesty....I'm not sure how well they'd fare on the next-gen consoles.

This is true, but that has been one game to sortta adapt over time, if you look at it... SO I dunno.
I may become final Fantasy. Where the final game is such ahit more and more are made.

Not to mention, I don't have school for the next three days.. HELL ya!

******** YEAH!!! Got my disc the day it ******** came out.
Got probably three of the top albums of this year for metal: Dragonforce (awesome band), Mastodon's 'Blood Mountain' (completely awesome, even though shorter than other efforts), and Trivium's 'The Crusade'. All I can say is I HAVE to see Trivium again.
Since last summer at Ozzfest, I've seen them four times live. Each time, they blow me away. I've seen Lamb of God less times, but they're more brutal. Devildriver.....everytime I've seen them, it's completely accidental. Didn't realize that they were at Sounds of the Underground last year, but.....damn. Was brutalized. Then they opened for ******** GWAR! last fall. Heh. That was fun. Then I saw them with Trivium and In Flames. That was when I had my glasses knocked off of my face in the pit. Twas fun as hell though.
If y'all like Metal music, or good old school Metallica style thrash, get The Crusade. Only one track may disappoint, but that's what happens with radio singles.

SN > Religion classes were always fun... especially when you had a few athiests in it. I just liked somebody giving the teacher a run for their money.

If you'd let me borrow the expresion ******** YEAH!. lets see, who all did new rock albums this year: red hot chilli peppers Tool Breaking Benjamin Evanesence Tom Petty Pearl Jam Aerosmith Bob Seger Audioslave Godsmack Neil Young Stoned Sour The Who..yeah, that's right, the ******** Who people. and probably some I'm forgetting. On the note of Mario a few posts up though, I hate that little guy. He's a midget, italian plumer who eats mushrooms, jumps and toodstools and trys to rescue a princess from a turtle with horns. Acid trip anyone? How did this guy ever get as popular as Metroid nd Zelda?

Yet another thing I'm completely geeked for:
They're releasing a box set of the Republic Commando squad from the game of the same name. 38, 40, 62, and 07 are coming to life so to speak as action figures. I sooooooooooooooo want that. That and a good Obi-Wan figure to compliment either my General Grievous or the Demise of Greivous that LJ had gotten a bit ago.
God....I'm such a Star Wars geek, it's stupid.
