Valaryia gave little a little smile and blushed. She contemplated saying they hadn't slept together yet, that they only shared a room, but what was the difference? "It's just so different from anything I've had, being with Neferata," she said. "For once I don't have to hold back my affections... I can love her and smother her and she just loves me the same way back. I can't begin to say how happy I've been with her." She became suddenly aware of Neferata's energy and blushed even greater, choosing not to turn around.

"Neferata is like... a baby dire wolf. Very playful and when they have their eyes set on something they will have it and wont let it go. Now if you will excuse me I have some business to attend to." he said as he stood and left the dinning room. He wanted to give Neferata all the privacy she needed, the last thing either of them wanted was to be caught in an awkward situation. He headed for the main hall where the wight kings had gathered and told him of what they saw. "That many huh... this is not good."
Neferata walked in and sat next to Valaryia. "So that is what you think." she said with a smile.

Valaryia laughed nervously as their blood was placed in front of them. "I was going to come back up," she said sheepishly. She leaned towards Neferata and kissed her cheek. "I think I told you good morning, but you were asleep." Valaryia smiled. She loved being this close to Neferata.

Cassidy was listening to some odd form of trance music, something that relaxed her mind. She sighed being alone scared her, for when she was alone she almost went mad. She rose from the chair and removed the needle from the record and exited her secret room. She then left the main library and started to wander. To keep the lonileness at bay she began to sing in a hauntingly beautiful voice, "I'll be your crying shoulder I'll be your love suicide and I'll be better when I'm older I'll be the greatest fan of your life," she sang that corus over and over again. She loved it, and it always brought tears to her eyes. She continued to wander fighting the urge to break down, that was just how she was. She knew she wasn't strong, she wanted to be, but she let the ghosts get her. She was a fighter on the inside she had survived her father, but she was to afraid to fight the ghosts, and she didn't know why.

Shadow dismissed his wights and started to wander the mansion, thinking about what was comming his way. To many problems and so little time to deal with them. He wondered how he would ever be able to gaurd this place against Marquis' assault. Beings of flesh and blood you can kill, surender them to the true death but ethereal beings cannot be killed by conventional means. Neferata and himself where the only two mages that he knew of right now that could fight and only a few magicaly enchanted blades rested in the crypt. he wandered around until he heard Cassidy's hauntingly beautyful voice. He followed the sound and tried to find her.
"I don't usualy sleep that long. I guess i was just to comfortable." she said still smiling. Neferata was loving every moment with Valaryia. Neferata now knew who the sire was but hadn't the heart to say anything. even after what Shadow had told her.

Valaryia smiled, unaware of Neferata's worry. "Well we slept safe enough without a ward," she laughed. "I think maybe we should have a password or in a different language. But not Swedish, because Emilie's mother comes from Sweden and Emilie speaks it." She took a sip of her blood. She could distinguish now what was animal blood and what was human blood. This was animal. Thankfully.

Cassidy could hear footsteps approaching and she quickly stopped her singing. She could smell Shadow and knew he was near. She stopped moving and smoothed down a wrinkle in her trench coat. She stood there waiting for him a smile pulling at the corners of her perfect lips.

Shadow walked for a while his mind still on Marquis until he spotted Cassidy. Everything left his mind at that moment. He aproched her with a smile. "How are you today?" he asked.
"I will set up the ward later but I may have trouble pronouncing other human lanuages. I barely have a grasp of english." Neferata said. "Maybe I could teach you words in my home tounge for the password or I could set it up to respond to your mind. A telepathic lock." she listed the ideas that came to her mind in an attempt to supres the thoughts of Valaryia's sire.

Valaryia's eyebrows raised and she grinned. "Telepathic? That would be so cool," she said, awed by the possibilities. She let her mind wander briefly, but snapped back into reality. "If you could teach me a few words in your language... preferably ones that aren't too complicated," she added with a smile, "then I think we've found the perfect password."

Cassidy saw Shadow and she stoood there a small msile on her face. "I am quite delightful, and yourself, kind Sir?" she bit her lip, she knew he had asked her to stop calling him that, but it was a force of habit engraded in her for eighteen years. She wanted to fling herself into his arms but she would remain in control of herself.

Shadows smile grew "You don't have to call me sir, we are equals here." he spoke as if he was talking to one of hisunderlings during war times. he never realised it but the siuation with the aproching hoard had affected him in many ways. He walked up to Cassidy and hugged her. "Did you sleep alright?"
"I don't think there are simple words in my lanuage but I'll try to think of an easy one. I know enough dead lanuages to find something that could be apropriate." Neferata said before kissing Valaryia.

Valaryia smiled and kissed Neferata back. Her warmth soothed her, but it told her something was wrong. "What's the matter, love?" she said softly, briefly pulling away from the kiss, still close to Neferata.

"Nothing is the matter..." Neferata never was the best of liers and lying to Valaryia just made Neferata feel bad. She fell silant for a while before speaking what was on her mind. "He is here, your sire. We knew him once but not for very long." She said in a chilling voice as memories of the battle against the Strigoi dominated her mind.

Valaryia's heart stopped. If there was anything that scared her in this world, it was her sire. "Here?" she said faintly. "In this household? In this manor?" She grabbed Neferata's hands unintentionally, thinking that the ward was going to have to be stronger than just for Emilie.

"I'll try, but old habbits die hard, Shadow." She smiled and wrapped her arms around her neck and nestled against his skin. "I slept wonderfully. No nightmares with you around to keep me safe whilst I sleep." She looked up at him, a smile dancing in her eyes as she asked, "And how did you sleep?"
