stressed A mystical gem created by Barry allen's ( Malcolm Thawne) twin to take revenge on him with, it lasted for a long time before Wally destroyed it in the hand of President Thawne in the future. Of course he only destroyed it after he saw i took interest in it.
Cobalt Blue is also the name of the villain using the gem at the time.
