I'm a "pagan scientist". I believe in science, and that just because something is science dosen't mean that it isn't also magical. Even though I look at everything logically, the way the universe works is special and deserving of respect. Magic is science that hasn't been proven yet. Fire used to be magic.

I don't BELIEVE in a god, but I "worship" deities who I happen to like, like Pele and Lilith. I think that it's perfectly okay to worship something that probally isn't real, like mythology. Or anime. Or Star Trek. As long as you get good morals from it.

Me and My boyfriend's family is mostly christian, but my Boyfriends grandma is a bible thumping baptist who is practically glued to the thing. I'm really worried that she'll hate me if she finds out i'm not christian.

I see nothing wrong with this ^_^ And I agree, good morals are the core. As long as a person isn't out killing sweet baby kittens and laughing because they say their "god told them to" I'm fine with any good moral religion, dispite it's roots :3

And yeah, gotta watch out for those "Holier than thou" attitudes @.@;

Everybody has beliefs. If you do anything for the sake of luck, it's a belief. If you have traditions that you must do or else you'll feel bad for not doing it, it's a belief.

I believe that there is something higher than us, but what it is, I cannot say. That's my theory. xD;; My boyfriends mum is really religious too, and I can't wait to tell her my beliefs. xD;; I think she'd have a heartattack. David joked about not knowing who Jesus was one time and the look of horror on her face was priceless. (We don't like his mum much. She's kinda... not a good mum...)

I'm still working on the eye portion. The way they looked at first was scary as hell O_O;
