"But then, something happened, and I decided that I wouldn't waste my time caring, but it must be really hard for you, so I'll stay normal, ok?" she said, trying to be thoughtful.

Alyssa sighed slightly, "yes its hard."She said, "And i i ever went back. It would be harder to deal with. After all the kindness here." She laughed slightly. And another tear came down her cheek(sp?), she didn't really like talking about her past. When they got to the great hall, Alyssa grabbed some food, and sat down.
