How about a world devoid of human life... the dreary existence of rusting golem constructs... living life with a lack of purpose pending the demise of their former masters.... then an object appears... a spark able to bring life back to the world.... the slaves recreating their masters... to rule again... or to serve?

Okay, there is a war between two nations. One is Fascist and the other Democratic. The main story is about two inventors and their crew. Basically they fly around in their airships, swashbuckling and laser gun battles. The inventors work on creating bigger and better toys to kill innocent civillians with. and yea.........

Maybe have the two groups have an arms race? The two inventors working to create the better weapon for their nation, or if they don't serve a nation then just for themselves, and the groups themselves have to help find items for the creation and fend off the other group so that they themselves can have the weapon first?
Or make them have a race to get some ancient item that they'll mass produce?

Yeah, I just reread the post. I missed the idea right then and there.
I dunno then. Got the arms race, check, got the two groups, check, nations at war, check. Sounds like all it needs is fine tuning, creation, and then people.

Haha. I loved that line, very nihilistic, yet not. Very cool, very deep.

It was nihilistic..... only deeper than your average thought.......
I love the design, so awesome........
It was probably banned because somewhere out there a parent actually looked at what their kid was watching and felt that the film-makers were trying to convert their children to satanism.....
Which is pretty badass, and being that Satan was the only cool character in the thing, his words are obviously what we take away from the whole thing....

True, true. I wish I could have met those parents or parent, just to slap 'em in the face if they suggested Satanism. Seeing as the entire thing goes more towards nihilism than satanism, depending on which form of satanism they were seeing. :p
But that's just me. xD
