If you want to keep track of how many times each of them post and then PM all of those who don't make the cut, go ahead. Now that school has started again and summer is ending we will have more activity around the guild. I am already starting to see it. The summer months are always slow with people taking trips and being out of the house.

Korndog shadowlaw actually it reads a if this is something that is happening that no one was told about followed by an inquisition as to the technicality of it. But if you say she was suggesting a policy as opposed to questioning one then pardon me. Im just taking into consideration that your up to date with whats happening in the guild and can actually put two and two togather. 3nodding Nope. I stepped down from Captain so I wouldn't have to keep track. Now People just tell me things I should know when they happen and sometimes ask for advice on handling it. For instance... I have no idea who you are.

BLUE@ I hear what you're saying but I think half the people on the memberlist forgot they were in this guild. Many of them have 0 posts. Others have barely 3. It's pretty bad and a lot of them aren't even our original PYPers.
And BTW, I saw Celly yesterday in GD.

XDDD First off. Paige... I like you smile Almost no one openly posts thier concerns in a conversative fashion and even fewer will reply in a discussive fashion after someone on the mod set dissagrees with the gist of the idea. So Super Kudos to Paige. Second. I agree with Blue on the complexity of tracking people monthly and the bad idea of banning people based on tally's but I do think that going through and getting rid of the people who've been here for a very long time and have 0 posts might not be a bad idea. That does seem kinda pointless. But it's also no hassle to leave them there. There's no strain or negative effect of having ghost members

XDDD Of course we're going to have members who aren't original PYPers. New people are what keeps a community going. I have been considering the idea of having a monthy newsletter. That way, once a month our members are reminded of the happenings of the guild. I just haven't had the time to sit down with the mods and discuss it. It would require me to make a mule account specifically for the guild and then add all of the guild's members to its friendslist. I haven't had the time as of late to work on it or discuss it with the fellow mods. I am planning to get that project up and running this month. It will, of course, take some time.
