Xaine is smarter than he looks....
I put him out in the bathroom/vanity area to play, which has baby gates. He apparently climbed the baby gate, got out into the hall, hopped all the way down the stairs and had a downstairs adventure.
Crafty little bugger. I'll have to close doors now.

On another note...chinchillas do not appreciate blow dryers. Even if you must because they knock over your apple juice and get themselves wet.
I swear, babies/boys will be babies/boys. He at least keeps me occupied.
