Till that dashing hero Hunter Zolomon kills you, sure. He's got the integrity of his own comic book to uphold, you know.
You can't have two guys in one comic that have the same costume and gimmick, after all. Just ask Hal Jordan.

Nope, this is Hunter's book. Thanks to how the space/time continum is arranged, you're destined to go back in time and get your neck snapped no matter what.

No, actually, it's not. You end up going back in time and getting killed, no matter what. See, this is WHY Hunter couldn't time travel and change his past. Time is immutable.
